If Dalton falls off, who would you sign for Canales to work with, Young will still be here possibly for a while. Give him another chance while signing a FA QB and possibly a QB in the draft? If Dalton looks strong, sign him for 2025 and still draft a QB? How do you see this finally playing out?

Was it all the Teppers pushing for Young or other's involved. All things point to them, but who really knows. Get a billionaire together with a bunch of yes men and they can make decisions like this. Look at all the red flags about Young, yet they closed a blind eye. It's amazing to me how he made billions in hedge funds, yet be so stupid to lean into this mistake. With a QB that couldn't throw downfield at all, the defenses had no worries. Andy may be old, but he can still heave the ball. No more bringing the secondary in close and crowding the line. It's a wonder the running backs had positive yards at all. That couldn't go on for to much longer without something giving way. I don't care about the tanking bullsh#t. I want to see a competitive team. They may finally have a decent running attack now after the smoke clears.

Maybe with some rest and first downs from the 'O', they will be better.

He didn't do squat to improve his game during the six months of down time (unless watching Netflex/playing video games and watching the grass grow), is considered working on his deficiencies. He doesn't care to improve nor does he care about the NFL. So many red flags that they simply ignored with this guy.
