    You don't trade him, no one will bite on the offer. You bench him and play your veteran. Let him sit and learn, but still draft another QB know matter the draft position that can compete. It dont have to be the 1st pick in the draft. Never be afraid to try to win. Playing your veteran right now is the answer.
