Many. Recently, Snow had 3 rookies, a weak run defending DL and a garbage secondary led by Shaq as the only average LB. This defense is by far better than Snows roster. It may still be better than Snows roster with the injuries if not the same. Raheem Morris is an awful HC, but he's a good DC. He did more with less in 2023. His one piece was a used up (ready to retire) Donald. Put rookies in a position to make plays. He would have this Panthers defensive roster in the top 20.

If you've been watching good DCs for a while, you know bad personnel and good DC gets a team ranked between 17 to 22. Bad DCs finish in the bottom 10 regardless of personnel. Good DC with good personnel is top 12. Good personnel never carries a defense without a good DC. The MOST IMPORTANT person on the defense is the DC. Stop making excuses for Evero. This defensive scheme is easy to read/call for college coaches.

I've said he's the same trash DC that we saw in Denver. He's not good enough to coach a defense to the playoffs. He's to the defense what Bryce has been to the offense since the start of 2023 He's giving up 30 to 40 points a game unless the opponent feels the Panthers have no offense and slow plays the entire game before exploiting Evero in the 4th.
