    That's one of my biggest issues with Rhule, you're not going to win in the NFL with a bunch of average players. Rhule still thinks this the Big XII and you can coach up everybody, you need talent at the highest level.

    You missed a major point about them, all of the coaches you listed have championship resumes. They all won National Titles and Conference Champions. Rhule barely sniffed a bowl game win in college.

    They're done. Could get a W at the end of the season when they're playing a playoff team resting their starters.

    Unfortunately they may have missed their opportunity, the past few years there were a lot better candidates when they were in the market. Plenty of retreads available but this team needs a offensive coach who understands this is the NFL and has experience in the NFL.
