  1. So much has to go wrong to end up with a top 2 pick. There is no way Poles was honestly gambling on that but he is going to get bailed out And we’ll see about Caleb. I just watched him stink it up against ND. He trust his arm way too much. Some are beginning to wonder just how much of his game translates to the NFL
  2. I mean you’d think it would be a no brainer but look at Chicago. Ryan Poles is going to get bailed out big time due to our incompetence. Fields clearly ain’t it and he just passed on these guys. There are a lot of bad teams this year and there’s still 11 games left but if Chicago misses out on Williams and Maye by a game then that’s a massive mistake by Poles. I got hammered for suggesting Chicago do just that because I too thought it would be a no brainer to reset rookie clock and try again
  3. Had we started with Seattle, Detroit and Miami then got Atlanta, NO and Minnesota we’d probably be 2-4
  4. If wins don’t soon follow Reich will 100% be fired at seasons end.
  5. Right. A RB is pretty damn dependant on the line in front of them. Minus maybe a few select VERY special backs. So again, why they felt the need pay Miles who isn’t special is beyond me
  6. And then the Eagles replace Miles with Swift for pennies
  7. I mean whoever our GM is they’re going to be part yes man but maybe the next guy can hit on 25% of the decisions he’s being paid to make. Fitterer has hit on literally 0
  8. I agree and part of why he’s still here is because he’s part yes man but he’s literally missed on everything. Enough is enough he has to go
  9. The money spent on some of these guys that carry void years is ridiculous Chark and Houston each have cap hits of over 3 million next season Then we have the ridiculous contract given to Shy f’n Tuttle
  10. Same. Every time he’s gone deep the ball seems to land out of bounds and in a way that I’m not sure it would even be possible to come down with it inbounds. I guess there was that one throw to Chark against the Vikings that was grossly underthrown that he kept inbounds and it drew a flag
  11. Yeah CBS showed a replay during the broadcast and you can see Hurst was trying to get front pylon and Young went back pylon. Hurst wasn’t able to get to the front pylon so I’m thinking back pylon was where it was supposed to go
  12. Yeah no sugar coating that one. He flat out missed it. Bryce has zero chemistry with anyone other than Thielen. Even that 3rd and 1 play before the 4th down play him and Chark didn’t connect. Looked like Bryce expected him to slide away from LB but Chark sat down I don’t really think that’s Young’s fault. These guys aren’t getting open so they’re not seeing a lot of targets. A guy like Chark isn’t much of a route runner to begin with
  13. Just say you have no idea what you’re watching and move on
  14. Maybe the Bears that’s it. Ryans and Slowik will coach circles around our idiots and the same can be said for the guy Tepper didn’t want after his interview here
  15. You’re telling on yourself if your takeaway from the Hurst miss was simply “not even close”
  16. Might as well give DJ Johnson all of Houston’s reps at this point, lord knows he needs them. Houston is gone after this year.
  17. https://x.com/joshnorris/status/1713739058050978115?s=46&t=W75E23VenL1ei42iX22E5g Bryce hangs in there. Look when he starts his throw. He completes this ball to Thielen who you can see just about to come across the logo. Watch his feet too
  18. I don’t think Chark is much of a route runner to begin with. Basically a go or a deep over type guy and that’s about it. So far Mingo’s route running has been awful. Rookie or not he’s been playing WR for too long for him to be making the mistakes he’s made. Yeah TMJ stinks period But yeah obviously I’ve had my concerns with Bryce but I thought he’s shown some good stuff the last 2 games. Against some pretty good defenses with Adam Thielen being his only “weapon”
  19. Good lord man. Do you have eyes? Hurst was trying to get to the front pylon. Bryce threw it to the back. I don’t know whose was in the wrong but that’s why the throw landed 5 yards away from Hurst It’s sad this even needed to be explained.
  20. like I said, I can’t write this kid off until they get him a WR worth a damn. Can’t imagine many others teams separation numbers look like this after a game
  21. He placed the ball where he thought Hurst was supposed to be. Had Hurst not tried to break it off towards the front pylon and went for the back one it would’ve hit him
