So you will either force the next coach to work with a QB he might not have chosen.. Because reality is new coaches want their pick at QB not the pervious regime.. Or cut the coaching search to only Coaches that want to work with that QB.. And let's not be foolish and act like The QB position is the same as others.. New coaches come in all the time and work with other position already on the team.. But most coaches who get a new job want their choice of QB... Your doing the Josh Rosen, Clausen, thing all over again.. Instead of letting this staff deal with the mess they have made and not forcing the future choices on the next staff.

It took him 4 years to do that .. What are his stats over his career beyond that 1 season?? We both no the answer is horrible or non existent.. It's like signing a guy who blows up his contract year but was bad most of his career.. You can fall in that 1 year wonder hype if you want.. That is exactly how you get stuck with Baker Mayfield..

I think if the offense was Avg. The defense would be better.. I don't think you give up on having 2 good pass rushers who could be elite if the offense scored enough to force teams into being 1 dimensional.. Or at least play better field position by getting better special teams play... you name 1 game .. But let's also admit that was week 11 after having to carry a horrible offense for weeks...

Seriously have you truly broke down Pickett?? He's a 5 year college player with 1 season of good QB numbers.. He would be the worst pick they could make..He has a avg arm and some Athletic ability but He's also 1 year younger then Darnold with worst College career..

He has no choice because dumbass picked up his 20 million dollars 5th year option without even seeing him in practice...

If Tepper let this staff draft a QB in this draft he needs to be drug tested.. No way he gets talked out of Feilds or Mac Jones but takes a Qb from one of the worst QB classes.. OMG I'll rip my TV off the wall..

I just can't agree with this.. The defense usually held up until being sucked of all energy by dumb TO, consistent 3 and outs, and being put in bad field position all game... Only a few game happen when they were beat up in the 1st qrt or 1st half..

If they draft a QB in this bad QB draft after the complete fug up they've already got to lay with.. Then they are compounding even more BS to a already fuged up situation.. 1. I don't want this regime in charge of getting another Qb.. They have their guy and unless it's a FA they shouldn't be in the business of developing another young QB.. 2. They should have drafted 1 in this draft which by far was the better QB draft to do it. If they didn't have anybody but 3 guys rated higher then Sam Darnold in this past draft.. No way in hell should they have any QB in this draft rated high.. 3. Usually if you hire a new coach you usually want him to choose his own QB... Why would he want a QB Rhule picked.. Why would you want to attached your new coach to a Rhule pick at the most important position?? Hell no to drafting a QB this year of all years with this QB fuged up opinion having coaching staff...

Yeah disagree.. I think this crew could work if the offense could averagely score, averagely block, averagely not turn the ball over and averagely hold the ball and play field position offense.. If they had a average offense on the other side this defense could be dominant with Reddick and Burns..

Yeah Zane is a resign target as well..

I think he could be cheap enough to be a backup and special teamer..

I was thinking about RB but we're stuck with CMC contract and Chubba going to be here.. I want to keep Abdullah.. So adding a big back at this point might just be a luxury.. With little resources we might not should be looking at luxury.. Even thoe I would love bigger back.. Maybe Fullback if Rhule wants to keep this facade of wanting to run the ball more..

Do you really want to use more assets on WR thoe?? All the angry at Robbie put aside he is going to be here next year regardless.. So that is Moore, Robbie, Shi, Zystra, and Marshall should be all here.. Do we really need to add more??

Imo I think we are okay at WR and CB.. We may have a over load of assets at both position.. So I would be cool if we didn't add or use anymore assets to those position... What other position can we survive with the players we have for another season??
