I'll give a fug about rep Distribution in the 1st 3 weeks of TC.. Better yet.. Give me the preseason depth charts the last 5 years of Panthers football?? I'll wait.. Clausen got more Reps then Cam and was listed as starter headed into preseason in 2011 how that workout??

And Reality check: What ppl thought was going to happen.. Is slowly happening as TC continues.. Baker getting more reps than Sam.. Ikey LT.. BC is slowly taking more 1 reps with the 1's at LG.. Nobody is being giving a job..

And there are some of us rational fans who question the bitching all the time.. Especially when history shows that reps haven't determined much before as well.. I huddled more then most.. And 400 yards 3 it's later all those Clausen reps meant what exactly.. And still it wasn't this big of a conversation..

Did they bitch about reps?? I don't remember the 2011 uproar over Clausen getting more reps then Cam at the start of TC.. Do you ?? I understand not trusting Rhule's "process " and results.. But we've never complained so much about practice habits and reps of any other coach.. And Seifert last year has stories of him not even showing up to practice..

Campen has been a Oline coach for 20 years.. He has more experience then Rhule.. And he isn't Young.

So James Campen isn't a actually NFL coach?? Oh and even in Rivera 1st 2 season nobody was talking about reps?? When actually "NFL coach" Geroge Seifert wasn't showing up for practice and bailed on the team.. Nobody talk about reps.. But I'll wait on the reps studies some of you are doing and hope to see a scientific conclusion to all this hard work..

Are you sure?? Because I remember last year differently.. There was no competition and jobs were giving freely without "juggling" .. How that workout?? Eflin, Irving, and Darnold were giving jobs with no thought of competition or letting the better players prove it... Did I remember this wrong??

Biggest upgrade is experience.. The experience of the staff will be more of a help then anything else done this offseason.. Rhule's major mistake was having so much inexperience on the staff.. Added to his inexperience was a major mismanagement...

I'm also noticing Rhule is the name brought up most when Oline decision happen and not James Campen "the Oline Coach".. Who most here like and was highly respected around the league.. Why is that?? Its clear Campen is making the Oline decision now...

Who told you this and what is their expertise on this subject?? I see alot of couch GM coming up with these TC plans and practice schedules.. But nobody seems to think James Campen is bad at his actual job...
