  1. Yall making accusations on that man with the evidence equivalent to "trust me bro". Gossiping not a good look on men.
  2. Henderson os a liability when he's in there. That play looked similar to Brady and Evans last year.
  3. I remember in 2019 when we played Jacksonville and McCaffrey went crazy on the Jaguars, we still were in jeopardy of losing that game to the Gardner Minshew Jaguars because seemingly no one could keep up with Chark he had 2 or 3 Tds on us that day. We pulled it out in the end because our back up running back broke off a 64 yard run when McCaffrey went out late in the game. But from that time I've always followed Charks career being a big Fantasy guy. Excited to see what he can do this year if healthy.
  4. I hear ya brother, but Hindsight is 2020. Once you get into the dance anything can happen, but you won't know unless you're in it to begin with. There's no guarantee we get Bryce Young. We got lucky that the team in the top spot Chicago had just selected a young Qb the previous season; Houston doesn't budge from that spot. As far as coaching staff and free agency that falls on the owner and GM to find the best available guys to make the franchise a winner. If Wilkes had gotten us into the palyoffs after the disastrous start of the season he deserved the job. You can't argue results nevertheless they couldn't get past an ailing Bucs team with Tom Brady having one foot out the door. So we went out and hopefully got an even better staff. Flashy picks like Cam, or journeymen qbs like Delhomme, at the end of the day its about wins and who can produce.
  5. I was on the AR train early. But upon further review watching the highlights of Byrce Young vs Georgia, Anthony Richardson vs Georgia, and CJ Stroud vs Georgia. Stroud stood out the most to me as far as command of the offense, and being accurate with the football. I'm intrigued by the potential of Richardson. But man you have to get it right with #1 pick
  6. I'll be happy with Stroud, but it's Anthony Richardson for me
  7. I was in the corner of retaining Wilks but not after this performance. It's not so much that we lost it's how we lost. Had McAdoo and Sam and the offense been a no show and Tampa was able to grind out a win that's one thing. But for the defense to get torched by an anemic offense is another. Tampa has no run game, Brady dinking and dunking is their run game. Teams have been content to let them dunk and dunk all year and keep everything in front of them, but once in the RedZone those passing windows tighten up and the Buccaneers more than not have had to settle for field goals rather than touchdowns. It became apparent early that the pass rush was getting home. To leave your back up cornerbacks on an island with their only home run threat all game is asinine. The bad game plan and the inability to adjust the game plan is why I'm off the Wilks train.
  8. You have dominant pass rushers in the building you don't let those guys walk. That the most important position in football behind the QB. Only losing teams like the Cardinals and Panthers do that. Winning teams like the Eagles depend on incompetence of losing franchises.
  9. What was the reason for not resigning Reddick? And letting him walk and help turn the Eagles into the most dominant pass rushing team in the league?
  10. Got the same vibes this week also just watching clips and reading tidbits about the upcoming game. Panthers have a great opportunity in front of them. This team is prime for the taking.
  11. Yea because that coaching staff sure knew what it takes to win a playoff game. Getting rid of Teddy ultimately cost them all of their jobs. Joe Brady no longer looked like the offensive wiz kid everybody was overhyping, and he got axed in midseason a year later. Rhule got exposed for the joke of a coach he was. They should have left the offense alone which was the strong point of the team their first season, instead they gutted the most important position and the irony in all this is the Dodo birds actually improved the defense enough that even with just a middle of the road offense we could have threaten for NFC South titles.
  12. That's why good coaching who make great personell decisions are vital to winning in this league. You can't be swayed by fandoms wanting you to play their heros, you can't be swayed by contracts, you've got to put who gives you the best chance to win. And the last 2 seasons PJ has looked the best Qb on the roster the few times he got to play.
  13. Well, well, well I just continuous gets it right. 3-1 as a starter for the Panthers. "But PJ doesn't need to be on the roster." But Darnold and Baker do? I said just a few weeks ago I stated the best offensive performance we had all of last season was against the Cardinals when PJ started, and got a crowd of boos how PJ was hot garbage no where close to our previous "starters". Anyways I miss my calling, would have made a great GM. Lol But to be honest I had checked out for the season, but I might just tune back in to see some exciting football if I can't at least get winning.
  14. You realized Cam doesn't score those goalline touchdowns (his two touches) if the offense doesn't get inside the RedZone? It was hard for us to get inside the RedZone in the games following Arizona.
  15. PJ record is 2-0 as a starter, so you're using Parcells quote incorrectly by applying his stats. The best offensive performance we had all of last season was the Arizona game when they scored 34 on the Cardinals we didn't come close to that total in any game afterwards.
  16. Oh so his stats are on par with our "starters" the past few seasons got it.
  17. If PJ would have been allowed to start a few more games we probably would have had a few more wins last season. By the time Darnold finally left the field. We take on the Arizona Cardinals who was probably the hottest team on our schedule at that point. And what'ya know we win the game with PJ quarterbacking and Cam doing spot duties and goalline packages. So instead of running it back the next week with the platoon system ala the Steelers of old with O'Donnell and Kordell. This genius staff sits PJ back down and goes with a rusty Cam on a limited playbook and we don't win another game. What was wrong with trying a successful formula AT LEAST until it didn't work. The worst coaching staff in Panthers history.
  18. Teddy was a better QB here than Rhule and company were coaches. Ironically the inept staff canned him and got even more inept.
  19. I've said time and time again Rhule and company sealed their fate when they shipped Bridgewater out the building and their solution was Sam Darnold. If they would have let him play out the contract they signed him with a solid roster around him we would have been in a much better position. But atlas we're in the mist of the Peter Principle from Rhule to McAdoo on down that's an anchor on this organization.
  20. Can't be any worst than what they've been trotting out there the last two seasons.
  21. Rhule and staff sealed their fate when they jettisoned Teddy who was a 70% completion guy they could have built an offence around that and groomed a QB for the future but instead they decided to turned the keys over to NY Jets bust and derail a promising year two jump with the talent they acquired Reddick, Fox, etc. And now this season they doubled down and acquired Baker a Cleveland Browns bust. I say good riddance to this staff after this year. It's funny all the people whining about Tepper now were the same ones hootin and hollaring for Richardson and family to sale the team. I cautioned it then be careful what you wish for. I say a lot of you deserve this lack luster team with your horrible takes.
  22. I always thought the strategy they had for the Cardinal game was the best going forward for a few weeks. Oh well.
  23. Rhule shouldn't be fired, but some reporter should ask him why it took late into the 2nd half before he decided to shadow Mclaurin with Gilmore.
