49ers are good team but at the same time they are beatable. Of course it's Shanahan so they're well coached and our staff has struggled in that department against well coached squads. But this last game against the Cardinals they were outgained 488 to 281 yards. The Cardinals gave up an opening kickoff return for a td and lost 3 turnovers that resulted in 10 points, those 17 points were the diffence in the game whereas the Cardinals were moving at will on the 49ers. And it's not just that game the 49ers on the season are 30th in defensive EPA success percentage, the only two teams who are worse are Dallas and Cincinnati two historically bad defenses this season. We just faced the most blitz happy team in the league in Atlanta who are 2nd in sacks now with 34 only behind the great Denver pass rush with 49. 49ers on the other hand are dead last in sacks with 12 even the Panthers who we lament about our pass rush has more with 16 on the season. The fact that they are 7-4 with those defensive numbers are a testament to Shanahan but with our new find Bryce air coryell offense to go along with Rico running this should be a team we can move the ball against. Panthers shock the world again and win 27 - 21 to take 1st place in the NFC South
