Every position on our team should be earned each week. We have no Tom Bradys on this team.

I cut my calorie intake to 1600 a day. I still work out 5 days a week. I only do 30 to 40 minutes of high intensity stuff and at home only. I also took up jogging. Meal replacement shakes that are around 300 calories helped. I was also on Ozempic for a few months but it made me very sick so I quit. I now eat whatever I want but have to watch my intake. I'm now eating 2000 to 2500 calories a day. So far I'm maintaining my weight. If I gain a few pounds ill workout more and cut out a meal until I'm back. I weigh myself every morning.

Are we the best team in the NFL? I would say, YES.

My Samsung plus Note 9 is dieing, sadly he is currently on what they call phone hospice. He is barely operating. It was a great run and he was put through some hell but my note 9 is leaving us. He survived a drop off a 2 story building, fell into a pool and was once locked all alone in my office overnight. It never complained. Sadly he fell into a toilet and it cracked his brain. We will pull the plug on Tuesday or the Sim card. Samsung makes a great phone but... T-Mobile has a great deal on the flip phone Razor23 plus for only $500.00. The screen is 6.9 inches and the reviews have been pretty solid. I can't remember not owning a Samsung phone. The phone wil be here Tuesday. Anyone have a Motorola?

I see the progress. Sometimes it takes a QB in the NFL to take a few years to develop. Look at Darnold and Mayfield. I'm holding out hope that benching did him a world of good.

I'm a Cook Out fan. I love their sweet tea. I used to work next door to them and at 1030 every morning it would be a burger with cheese and large tea. I also weighed 270 pounds back then. I don't do that anymore. I weigh 178 pounds now and plan to stay that way. So Cook Out is once every 2 to 3 months.

I gained 3 pounds just reading that.

I took my kids to a game once. Never again. Drunks behaving badly. I swore not to drink at games anymore. I'm pretty sure my kids will end up in therapy over that bad day. My bad.
