    Some QBs take several years to become a good starting QB. Sadly this league has no patience, like they did in the past. Aaron Rodgers, Mike Vick never really saw any playing time their rookie years. They sat back and watched a professional QB. Left out Jake Delhomme. Now every once in a while you get a guy in his rookie year that blows poo up like Cam but that is not common.

    I'll be wrapping up my season on Madden. Once I finalize my FA for next season, I'll email the results to Dan again. Next year may be our year.

    If he needs a reference just lmk. He is the best defensive coordinator in the universe. We hate to see him go but I like watching people progress in life. You'll be very happy with him.
