  4. Steelers Officially Sign RB DeAngelo Williams To A Two-Year Deal
  5. James Dockery announced via his Twitter account Friday that he’s signed with the Oakland Raiders. Raiders have also signed punter Steven Clark to a contract on Friday. Dockery, 26, signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2011. The Panthers later claimed him off of waivers in March of last year. 6. Chiefs sign Jason Avant, Richard Gordon and Kelcie McCray
  7. 49ers could be making a last-minute play for WR Percy Harvin. In 2014, Harvin has caught 51 passes for 483 yards receiving while contributing another 202 yards on 33 carries (6.1 YPC) and two total touchdowns over the course of 13 games. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 34 receiver out of 110 qualifying players.
  8. NFL Notes: Bills, Chiefs, Raiders, Ravens, Redskins, & Texans Bills Bills won’t submit an offer sheet to Dolphins TE Charles Clay on Friday, but they are expected to make him an offer at some point in the near future. Chiefs Chiefs signed long snapper James Winchester. Raiders Raiders owner Mark Davis denied that they are negotiating with free agent DE Greg Hardy. “False, falser and falsest,” Davis told Tim Kawakami of the San Jose Mercury News. “That is not true.” However, Davis didn’t rule out the possibility that they could sign him to a contract at some point. “I’m not saying that, because I don’t know the details of the Hardy situation, but I’m saying that he’s somebody we are not negotiating with and I don’t believe we would be interested in at this point in time,” Davis said. “…I can tell you this: It has not been brought up to me and it would have to come to me… “I’ve said I’d rather be right than be consistent, but in this situation, I’m going to say that consistency is the most important.” Ravens free agent S Ron Parker could be a “strong fit” for the Ravens. Redskins free agent S Ron Parker could be a “strong fit” for the Redskins. Texans John McClain believes the Texans will eventually sign NT Vince Wilfork, but admits he could be wrong about this.

  10. Falcons hosted free agent TE Rob Housler for a visit on Friday. not sure if Housler left Atlanta without a contract or if the Falcons will sign him at some point. Falcons were hosting a tight end and a safety flying for visit on Friday, so it appears as though Housler was the tight end. Housler, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Cardinals who played out his rookie contract with the team. Many expected him to be a break out player in recent years, but Bruce Arians has never utilized the tight end position all that much in his offense, which could be one of the reason why his production was limited last year. In 2014, Housler appeared in 15 games and caught nine passes for 129 yards receiving for the Cardinals. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 48 tight end out of 67 qualifying players.

Steelers are, in fact, signing former Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams to a contract. free agent RB DeAngelo Williams is is still at the Steelers’ facility on Friday, and it appears as though they a deal will be reached. 14. Titans show interest in former first-round RB Trent Richardson once he clears waivers. The Colts announced Thursday that they placed Richardson and RB Michael Hill on waivers. The writing was on the wall for Richardson and his time in Indianapolis, especially after the team suspended him two games, which voided the remaining guarantees in his contract. Richardson, 24, former No. 3 overall pick back in 2012. Cleveland was smart to get a first-round pick for him after just one year in the league. Although, that pick was used on QB Johnny Manziel, so the jury’s still out on whether they’ll actually recoup any value from that pick. In 2014, he ran for 519 yards on 159 carries (3.3 YPC) to go along with 27 receptions for 229 yards receiving and three touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 29 running back out of 57 qualifying players.
  15. "On a side note.." Buccaneers will host Oregon QB Marcus Mariota at the team’s facility in Tampa on Monday. And will have a private workout with Mariota in April. This is similar to the visit Florida State QB Jameis Winston took a few weeks, and really isn’t all that surprising consider that teams meet with a number of prospects during the draft process Mariota had his Pro Day on Friday, and while there were some mixed reviews, it’s doubtful that he’s going to see a dip in his draft stock like Teddy Bridgewater did a year ago.
  16. Cowboys agree to two-year deal with Darren McFadden pending a physical. McFadden’s two-year deal worth up to $5.85 million and includes a $200,000 signing bonus.
  17. NFL Notes: Draft, 49ers, Cowboys, Falcons, Giants, & Ravens Draft ASU S Damarious Randall has private workouts set up with seven teams including: the Texans, Seahawks, Colts, Cardinals, Buccaneers, Panthers, and Patriots. Randall also has visits lined up at the team facilities of the Browns, Eagles, Vikings and Giants. The Patriots, Bills, Raiders, Eagles, Colts, Falcons, and Broncos were among the teams on had for Hobart OL Ali Marpet’s Pro Day. (CFB 24/7) 49ers 49ers were interested in re-signing CB Chris Culliver, who agreed to a four-year deal worth $32 million with the Redskins this morning. Cowboys Jerry Jones was willing to pay RB DeMarco Murray $7 million per year to bring him back, but his son, VP of Player Personnel Stephen Jones, did not want to add Murray at the cost of $6 million to $8 million annually. Falcons Falcons have a tight end and a safety flying in for visit on Friday. No details as to who will be meeting with the Falcons. Giants regarding the Giants’ safety position: “Nobody knows what [they’re] going to do at free safety…They don’t have one on the roster that started an NFL game.“ Ravens WR Stevie Johnson, WR Dwayne Bowe, and TE Scott Chandler potential free agent targets for the Ravens.
  18. Browns have interest in former Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe, “strong interest.” mentioned not too long ago that the Browns would at least explore the idea of signing Bowe, and he noted his ties to GM Ray Farmer. former 49ers WR Stevie Johnson is also expected to be on their radar. It’s worth mentioning that the Ravens and Patriots have also come up as speculative landing spots for Bowe. Bowe, 30, had another three years remaining on his five-year, $56 million contract when he was released. The move freed up $5 million in cap space for the Chiefs. In 2014, Bowe appeared in 15 games for the Chiefs and caught 60 passes for 754 yards receiving and no touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 45 receiver out of 110 qualifying players.

  20. Redskins are signing former 49ers CB Chris Culliver to a four-year deal. Culliver receives a four-year, $32 million contract from the Redskins Previous reports had said that Culliver was likely to be one of the most sought after cornerbacks in this year’s market, but there had been a limited amount of buzz in recent days. Culliver figures to be a solid addition for the Redskins, who could really use another cornerback in their secondary. Culliver, 26, recorded 45 tackles, four interceptions, a forced fumble, a recovery, a defensive touchdown and 15 pass defenses for the 49ers in 2014. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 14 cornerback out of 108 qualifying players.
  21. Saints & C.J. Spiller Have “Strong Mutual Interest” mutual interests exists between free agent RB C.J. Spiller and the New Orleans Saints. Spiller reportedly visited with the Saints on Thursday, but has also come up as a potential option for the Cowboys, who just lost DeMarco Murray to the Eagles. New Orleans has shed some cap space through several moves, including TE Jimmy Graham to the Sehawks, so Spiller could serve as a solid complement to RB Mark Ingram. Spiller, 27, was limited to appearing in nine games and rushing for 300 yards on 78 carries (3.8 YPC) to go along with 19 receptions for 125 yards receiving and one touchdown.
  22. Justin Forsett three-year, $9 million contract Well worth that , they got a good deal Imo
