    Exactly. The panthers missed the playoffs in the worst division in football so yes, all those wins are meaningless.

    Yep and by winning over the locker room he means allowing vets to get extensions they haven’t earned while having no real expectations of playing meaningful ball. The locker room needs to worry about winning over the new HC. Not the other way around.

    At this point you have to pay him. Can’t lose him for nothing and overpaying him(which they’ll do) will limit the return when they trade him in 2-3 years.

    I'd be Ok with Reich if the panthers were close. They're not so it's prob smarter to hire a young coach that'll grow with the team. So naturally the panthers will sign him tomorrow

    as a panther fan since day 1 I have to say the offseason has been the most exciting thing about this franchise for a while. Now I get to dig into the draft and the coaching search instead of watching 40 yards passing through 9/10 of a meaningless game
