I was just thinking that. I like Horn but I’m more fond of fields than most. I think him and DJ could have been nasty here.

I mean even if the QB doesn’t work out, this is the most excited Panthers fans have been in a long time. I’m going to enjoy the ride until our pick makes me not. I’m confident in the staff, though.

Any chance we sign OBJ? I think he wants outrageous money for his injury history, but who knows. Hopkins and Hardman would be a good start.

I’m not sure how much smokescreen we will be giving off at this point. We can do whatever we want and there’s not a team that can stop us.

I’m fairly confident it’s one of Stroud or Young. I don’t think you gamble this hard on a project.

I agree with you. I’m worried our dude isn’t going to have the weapons he needs to get started year one. Should have a good line at least.

I got caught up but we only gave up 2 firsts and DJ. Not 3. 3 and DJ is what my mind originally saw and that would have been awful.

I mean I wanted Stroud as much as anyone. Is it really worth if it his WR1 is fugging Terrace Marshall?

I think it has to be. You don’t take Levis or Richardson at one I wouldn’t think. I’m not sure I get adding DJ to the mix. Who’s our guy gonna throw to?

Yea, our OC last season was just ass. One and done. Thank god he was fired.

Pretty much agree with all of this. Especially the last part. Just take one so we can see what he’s got. I think given our offensive line being one of our better units, we are going to get a very good look at whoever we choose. Not gonna be a ton of excuses available.

He’s not as elite as AR is at running but he’s more athletic and faster than 80 percent of the QBs in the NFL. Maybe more.

I would rather go after a guy like Mecole Hardman but a one year deal would be fine with me for the right price.
