I wouldn’t even say we were playing fine… KK was playing fine, that’s it. Shot totals don’t always correlate to good team play. We aren’t getting high danger chances and we can’t even skate the puck into the zone on the PP.

It’s the same poo every year. Teams gap up at the line, we dump it in and can’t get to it, rinse and repeat. Someone has to be able to carry the puck into the zone ffs. And it doesn’t work in the playoffs because teams are much more conservative. There’s no room out there.

You’ll see more physicality in this game for sure. The Pisles were sixth in the regular season in hits and I’m shocked that they weren’t more physical in our opening game. No matter, as long as the hits are legal I don’t care because being overtly physical can sometimes put a team in a bad spot defensively when they are focused more of making a hit and less on making the right play. We saw this exact situation occur in the Caps/Rags series and it led to a Rags goal.

Thinking the play tonight is Canucks -1.5 parlayed with Lindholm over 1.5 shots. The Predators have been giving up tons of goals and when they’ve lost it’s been by multiple goals. Lindholm should also hit his number fairly easy, he’s been over 1.5 in six straight.

I’m not touching that one, too risky. Under’s I like are Canes series, Panthers series, Rangers series.

Wouldn’t take the under on Canucks/Preds either. That one has the potential to be high scoring. I’m staying away.
