    For what it’s worth, Dundon and Tepper are good friends and on 99.9 The Fan, Giglio suggested Dundon call Tepper and see about hosting an outdoor game in Charlotte at BofA. Dundon said he really likes Tepper and that’s a good idea.

    Kotkaniemi has 17 points in his last 24 games which would put him on pace for 58 points in an 82 game season. That’s what we need right now so hopefully he keeps it up.

    Charlotte ends the preseason with another win, this time over USL side, Birmingham. Charlotte won 3-2 and the goals were scored by Jozwiak, Copetti, and Swiderski. We’ll do it for real next weekend against New England.

    Good point, Zimmerman didn’t command much more than that and though he’s flawed, he’s a good MLS player.

    Nikishin is untouchable, even more so than Morrow. He broke the record for most points in a season by a SKA defenceman previously held by Sergei Zubov. Sub Morrow for Nikishin and I’d do it. Though I think Drury, Suzuki, and a first is more than fair.
