  1. We’ve got to start getting something out of our PP, especially if we are going to give up PP goals…
  2. I thought getting rid of TDA, Smith, and Cole would keep us out of the box… I guess the refs will just find other Canes to put there…
  3. Yeah for real… just for the sake of conversation, let’s say the puck never leaves the zone and then we score 2 minutes later… we gonna have that poo challenged too… ridiculous.
  4. I think it’s been a really rough learning experience for him so far. He’ll get there though, he’s trying to forget everything he did with the Sharks and do it the Canes way.
  5. Raanta is good for a soft one every single start.
  6. Raanta man… I’m tired of the soft one’s he gives up.
  7. For anyone that follows the Wolves, Drury got his first goal of the season tonight in a 4-1 Wolves win.
  8. Look at this poo lol… that needs to be a fine.
  9. After 1… CANES 2 - Flames 1 Goal 1 - Aho (3) from Teravainen (2) Goal 2 - de Haan (1) from Stastny (2) and Chatfield (1)
  10. Such a BS goal… that wasn’t even close to being a penalty.
  11. My favorite seats (when I don’t sit club) are the first row on the upper level. I like the view much better from above. The lower bowl is okay but you can see everything develop much better from above.
  12. Won’t be long until Calgary starts gooning it up.
  13. Great shift for the fourth line. Stasny at center is the move.
  14. It’s not a huge gap but Stroud is the more accurate QB. 2021 Stroud - 7th in adjusted completion percentage. Young - 10th in adjusted completion percentage. The separator here is that Stroud also had more attempts at the intermediate range… so Stroud fired the ball further down the field than Young and still had a better completion percentage than him. I’d give Stroud the slight edge.
  15. I like moving Martinook to Staal’s wing, now we just need him to play like it’s 2018. Hopefully Stastny becomes more effective now that he’s playing center again.
  16. Looks like Rozier will be out tomorrow. Smith Jr. expected to start and Maledon expected to be in the rotation.
  17. Robbie Anderson back with vengeance.
  18. Lol, you gave me a video of Deebo running a route where the coverage was blown, there’s absolutely nothing there and it’s also not what I asked for. The stats are what they are… Deebo’s average depth of target is 5 yards… end of discussion. I asked for a video of McCaffrey getting shutdown by a nickel corner, it’s clear you can’t provide it so I guess we are done here. And if you are going to use the QB excuse, then I can use the same one as for why McCaffrey hasn’t been involved in the passing game here… it’s not for his lack of being open. I mean let’s not forget that McCafrrey actually worked out as a wide receiver at his pro day. He clearly has the skills to spend some time at the position (not full-time). Like I said, we’ll have to wait until we see how the 49ers use him because the only thing you have done thus far is pigeon hole McCaffrey into a position based off how the worst coaching staff in the NFL used him.
  19. Projected Lines: Teravainen - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - Kotkaniemi - Necas Martinook - Staal - Fast Noesen - Stastny - Stepan Slavin - Burns Skjei - Pesce de Haan - Chatfield Raanta Andersen Scratches - Coghlan, Bear Injuries - Kase LTIR - Pacioretty, Gardiner
  20. I don’t know how dence you have to be to not understand that the 49ers don’t have to use McCaffrey the same way that the Panthers used him… what McCaffrey got paid is irrelevant because it wasn’t by his new team… You keep saying a nickel corner would shut McCaffrey down… show me the proof… that’s all I’m asking… shouldn’t be difficult for you if it does truly happen. Not once did I insinuate that McCaffrey could be a full-time receiver. However, he could certainly line up in the slot as well as the outside (for screen passes), he could also be used on jet sweeps. You factor that in with his ability to run inside and outside of the tackles and it’s clear to see that there’s a ton of value in having a player like him. Additionally, the stats say that Deebo has three deep targets all year and historically he does his damage 5 yards beyond the LOS with most of his damage coming on YAC. These are factual stats, unlike just stating an opinion (i.e. McCaffrey would be shut down by a nickel). At this point, all we can do is wait and see how McCaffrey is used by the Niners to gauge who is right and who is wrong. Personally, I hope I’m wrong as if I am, we’ll likely get better draft picks.
