I say let him stay. He hasn’t done much to the negative yet. Ya he inked the Robbie deal but we all know that came from Rhule getting his guy paid. He went overboard on CB’s. He obviously bought into Rhules program by going for so many later round picks but that was also a symptom of COVID. The Canes did the exact some thing this draft, there were so many unknown in the class it was better to cast a wide net and know you’ll have some failures but also maybe find a gem or two. That said I trust the Canes staff and their farm team(s, junior league partners, foreign powerhouses they are drafting from) to develop their talent way way more than I do Rhule. Let’s see how things go. Fitts is obviously playing into Rhule’s wants(which is probably what Tepper told him to do), for better or worse. If Tepper cans Rhule I’d like to see what Fitts can do with a real organizational structure and NFL coaching staff of his pick. I don’t blame Fitts for our OL woes or Darnold. Rhule definitely claimed to be some kind of prophetic player developer. Offseason “Great OL blah blah blah.”, Darnold being Rhules guy. Giving Rhule this much control was a mistake, but the alternative was Hurney. Another last fug you by Hurney. But ya, I haven’t seen enough one way or the other and his tenure looks like it will be tainted by Rhule, perhaps permanently.

How many INTs will Sam throw against Atlanta?

1 ghost is a good bet. It is All Hallows’ Eve though so him seeing ghosts everywhere wouldn’t shock me. -
Rapaport: Panthers/ Tepper out of Watson deal
Harbingers replied to FugginPoo's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think people generally overrate this roster. Outside of DL and Cornerback(now) we really don’t have any depth at any position that is worth a damn at the moment. Yes WR is decent if they were all healthy but being healthy especially for rookies is a big part of it. Depth is key and our depth sucks and like you say we have two or the most key positions that suck from top to bottom currently. -

I hate to say it, but our roster/capital is a fugging mess right now and I am seriously concerned Rhule is going to tank all of our prospects. -

The exempt list does nothing right now, he’d still get paid and a suspension doesn’t come into effect until criminal charges are filed or civil is resolved unfavorably for him. That’s why. If there was enough backlash, they’d exempt him. -

Eh, maybe CMC can shoulder this mess. Other than that. It’s over. -

The fact he picks a 1-7 team over us should tell you something about us. -

Oh for sure. Brady’s offense is a mess. I’m really wondering if Sam was trying to hit DJ on this play but just threw it into no mans land because he didn’t follow through on the throw. Because there is no reason he should be throwing to the decoy clump.

Again the check down was just the safety valve. The play was designed to get the ball to a wide open DJ in the end zone. Watch it again. There is nobody in 10 yards of DJ, easy touchdown. But Sam decided to throw to the bait/diversion.

Eh, no skin off my back. But seriously, let’s say he was doing decent or even good this season so far, he’s still not worth 15 mil a season, 20 guaranteed when you have 4-5 core rookies coming up to sign in the next two years, plus a complete OL rebuild rebuild, an unknown at QB. It basically said DJ is gone and we are gonna rely on this years draft class WR’s and perhaps a few more late round pickups next draft to back Robby up.

Just looked at the schedule, Boston has Florida and us back to back no days off. Then two days off than Florida at home. Ouch for them.

Ok, right tweet this time. I just can’t get enough of this.

Oops wrong tweet.

That’s why I say we got to find a trade partner for him. Get something for him at least. But this contract basically nullified that option.

Umm cough? 66 poo, but I wasn’t wrong. I will be dining on all your crows tonight.

QR Week 7: Robby Anderson, Pro Football's Worst WR
Harbingers replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in Carolina Panthers
So what you are saying is our highest paid player is the worst player on our team?
