Stupid penalty
-
Allen didn't even set his feet for that throw. It was pure arm. And Knox's catch was the stuff of highlight reel magic.
-
Dawson Knox too...Damn
-
Holy sh-t, Josh Allen

Wonder if that knocks Bisaccia out of consideration for the full time HC job. It shouldn't, but word is Mark Davis isn't all that excited by the idea of keeping Bisaccia over making a more flashy hire.
-
Anticlimactic ending...

Aaaaaaand again...Wow

It's well known... Can't believe the NFL had this guy do a Super Bowl.

Report: Watson and Flores could link up in New York
Mr. Scot replied to FuFuLamePoo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Recent report said Flores is likely the favorite to land the Texans job. That'd be the path of least resistance. -
Schefter was getting called out. Now...
-
Lady Cowboy Fan is having trouble with that story.

A lot of the best OC candidates will probably follow some of the newly hired head coaches to their destinations.
-
That's been speculated prior to now, and it makes sense. Vikings, Giants and Bears (oh my) all need to hire a GM. Wait, what? Denver already had a good defense. PFT is disputing this suggestion, saying their sources insist Stephen Ross still wants Watson. And finally... Dammit

I have more Faith in Scott Fitterer than Rhule.
Mr. Scot replied to Ivan The Awesome's topic in Carolina Panthers
One has over twenty years of legitimate NFL experience with a successful organization. The other is Matt Rhule. -
Meanwhile... I'd certainly have given him a call for the OC role.
-
Yep. As I recall, he was decent.
-
It actually could be if they promote Tony Sparano.
-
Mentioned elsewhere: Kubiak and his dad have ties to Rick Dennison. He'd be good. Montgomery would know Kevin Mawae from the Colts staff. Mawae was a great lineman and a super smart guy but he's not all that experienced as a coach yet

From the article... McMahon’s tenure in Denver featured multiple blocked punts and field goal attempts, and arguably the worst kick coverage in the league. Over the last four seasons, the Broncos allowed an NFL-high six returns for touchdowns (four on kickoffs and two on punts). This season, most of Brandon McManus’ kickoffs were touchbacks (62), but on Denver’s 14 kickoffs that were returned, opposing teams averaged 39.4 yards per return. That represented the worst kickoff coverage in the NFL.

That thought's crossed my mind. Haven't really sat down to flesh out how practical it'd be.
-
Went back and looked. The initial tweet was from Schefter citing "league sources". I recall there being talk from Panthers media about targeting former head coaches, but that sure hasn't panned out. Neither has the "wide search" that Rhule promised (at least not yet).

Multiple analysts ridiculing Rhule's comments
Mr. Scot replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Im not that familiar with him but I know he's been a Rhule apologist.
