    I've said Sanjay. UNCfan says Retired College Coach. They're somewhat different profiles. Sanjay was a guy with...issues. Retired College Coach was just an a--hole. Both wanted people to think they were football experts when pretty much everybody could tell they weren't.

    They may not have been expected to be a really good team, but they were expected to be better than this absolute garbage we've been watching. I said before this season started that I could live with equal or even fewer wins than last year as long as we looked like we were improving. As it stands, it actually looks like we're getting worse.

    Pederson might have more than one offer. He's got an established record and a ring to his name. Younger guys are still looking for their first job so they can make a name for themselves. You're not likely to see a guy turn down offers too often.

    New coaches pretty much always take jobs with bad teams. They do so on the belief that they can fix it
