I was told there would be no math

It may be year two of Rhule, but only year one of Rhule / Fitterer. Yes, there were moves made last year that helped us. Unfortunately, there were also moves that set us back (Bridgewater being a big one). Given that knowledge, I think if you do want to count last year the most that you can call it is 1.5, and that's probably getting a tad silly. So for me, yeah this is year one because we didn't have the full braintrust last year. And while we still don't know everything yet, my gut feeling tells me this is the most brains we've had in a long time.

I don't think Little's body is half as big a problem as his brain. Last year, if somebody wasn't running right at him or directly in his path, he just stood there having no idea what to do. That's not a profile that says "successful guard" to me.

Well, if he saw a shakeup coming back in March, I'd say his insight was pretty good.

Nope, and Lady Cowboy Fan wouldn't want me to. -
I think last year was more a case of "win now to save Marty's ass".

Marrying it is a bad idea too. -
As I recall, he already said he'd play for whoever drafted him. Granted he could change his mind, I just don't think he will.
-
If I recall correctly, I think that was who Meyer wanted. He already had some role in Jacksonville but I forget exactly what.
-
Yeah, they fired Caldwell. Trent Baalke is the GM now, though I'm pretty sure Urban Meyer is the guy who's really in charge.
-
With Baalke in charge?

Been there, back when I was young stupid and horny. Lasted about eight months and cost me a lot of cash. -
My thing with Lawrence is I've heard the hype on him for years, but every time I've watched him play I just haven't been moved to the level I thought I'd be.
-
True, though it's fair to say that both became famous in South Carolina.
-
It would make for the most entertaining draft in a long time
-
I don't believe it either, but there's the Urban Meyer connection to Fields and the fact that he's kind of a wild card at the NFL level. I wouldn't say zero chance, but probably less than a fraction of 1%.
-
Both options give me sticker shock.

The more intriguing possibility for me is the Jags taking Justin Fields. I don't believe it'll happen, but that's one of those things that could at least conceivably be possible.

I may not be understanding you correctly. Are you saying Bradberry said this in the last six months regarding his departure from the Panthers? If I am understanding you correctly, that means he believed as of last March that Marty was on his way out.
