I did. He's cool, he's smart, he's poised and he's pretty accurate. Yes, there are growing pains (like him fading as the game went on) but for a rookie starting his first game he looked pretty good. Hell, these days some guys can't even do that by year three.

Week 1 football has generally been bad for a while now. The camp and practice rules that were agreed to in the last CBA certainly didn't help things. Wasn't always true, though. People who remember back to Week 1 of the 2003 season could testify to that. (not just the Panthers game, either)
