Show me you don't know what you're talking about without saying that you don't know what you're talking about.

Note to Jacob Eason: Say hi to your old/new coach.
-
Also one additional video to add showing Reich doing some coaching about how to properly carry a football
-
Actually, no. Marty Hurney was the GM when Rhule was hired. Fitterer and Morgan both came later.
-
Ellis mentioned a connection I'd overlooked. Pat Stewart was with the Eagles during Reich's time there as OC. I looked for connections in the coaching staff and thought about the front office, but didn't really look too far beyond Fitterer and Morgan (my mistake)

I'm gonna say not 7 years, 63 million

Remember, Masske is the same guy who said Tepper would give Payton anything he wanted. Sounds like he's probably a ventriloquist's dummy to Sean Payton agent.

Absolutely!

Coaching Interview Thread IV: A New Hope
Mr. Scot replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in Carolina Panthers
Hard to imagine McCoy seeing as he fired Wilks in San Diego. -
Listed some options here... You also wanna look at staffs from recently fired head coaches (including the Colts) and assistants that have been let go by teams like the Cowboys.

I think he genuinely believed he could have whatever team he wanted and basically just ask for a blank check. (kinda like Harbaugh last year) -
No, you're not

I love Wilks. He is a true leader and an extremely respectable man. That said, I just didn't think he was the right choice to be a head coach with offenses the way they are in the NFL right now. Wish there was a way we could keep him but I understand.
-
Only really settled on Reich when it came down to a choice between he and Wilks. I do tend to prefer older, more experienced coaches. When I saw the interview pool though, I thought there was no way we'd end up with one. Surprise, surprise

Wilks is moving on
-
Amen to that. Hell, Payton never even got a second interview.

Payton is turning out to be way less important than he thought he was.
