Cooper is more closely tied than Nixon. Of the rest, most followed from Baylor except Gilbride.
-
Not really. First off, Snow and Wilks have opposing philosophies when it comes to defense. More important though, why would Wilks tank when this goes on his resumé?
-
Remaining Rhule guys... - RB Coach / Assistant Head Coach (Offense) Jeff Nixon - Defensive Run Game Coordinator Mike Siravo - Cornerback Coach Evan Cooper - Pass Game Coordinator Matt Lombardi - Tight End Coach Kevin M Gilbride - Strength and Conditioning Coach Jeremy Scott - Strength and Conditioning Assistant Thomas Barbeau

Chargers could be a good spot for Shane Steichen. He's a West Coast guy and cut his teeth with the Chargers.
-
Dorsey has loads of Panther connections but most of them are pre-Tepper. One rather significant exception of course would be Assistant GM Dan Morgan.
-
Quinn has a connection with Fitterer from their days in Seattle. Oddly enough, Payton does too. They were both with the Giants at the end of the '90s.
-
Makes sense
-
Well, here's something I didn't realize... Sean Payton - QB Coach : New York Giants (1999) - Offensive Coordinator : New York Giants (2000) Scott Fitterer - Part Time Area Scout : New York Giants (1998-2000)
-
Word now that it was indeed Wilks who fired Phil Snow. Guess that ends that argument...
-
-
My first question would be who made the decision. Could have been Wilks...
-
Before McAdoo? I expected him to be gone but still...
-
Ben Johnson, DeMeco Ryans, Dan Quinn, Brian Flores, Ken Dorsey

Which is consistent with what we knew. Hurney "flipped" per Tepper's story, which was the point when everybody decided Rhule was the guy.
-
The flipside of the story... Rhule is likely to defend himself in the media, and when that time comes I won't be surprised if he tells some stories and throws some shade / blame toward Tepper, Fitterer and who knows who else. It could certainly be interesting.
-
I'm gonna say... never.
-
If there is, it'll probably be Wilks or Fitterer. I don't foresee Tepper stepping out to face the music.
-
Definitely not. Tepper's decision making has been horrible.
-
Seriously doubt Tepper shows his face.
