Joe Person on possible coordinator candidates

I'm honestly not sure what recourse he has. But hell, do the Broncos really think he'd still be just as happy to work there after them doing him like that? -

Right now that's Fangio... (because of course it is) Tepper has been characterized as willing to pay big for assistants if needed. -
They actually didn't. Even after they zeroed in on Wilson, there was still extended discussion about it with some coaches and personnel people in favor of keeping him. GM Joe Douglas said he was under for a long time before they finally pulled the trigger.

Reich running the offense while Evero handles the defense? Hell yes!

Honestly don't remember that name

From the article... Panthers general manager Scott Fitterer and new coach Frank Reich are on the same page as they take a collaborative approach to roster construction. Previous coach Matt Rhule had control over the 53-man roster and didn’t appear overeager to budge on certain decisions. That dynamic will change with Fitterer regaining control while working with Reich for his input. So basically, a normal NFL front office... Both Reich and Fitterer are known to be easy going, non-ego driven personalities, so things are expected to go smoothly between them. I'm sure they thought about going with The Appaloosa Model but they ultimately settled on this instead

Cleaning up a bit from multiple discussions and long threads, here's where we're at. So far... And the latest... Issue here is the Broncos aren't allowing Evero to interview for other DC jobs despite the fact they're interviewing other guys for their DC spot. Just another example of Sean Payton being a dick

You'll have to give me a break on this stuff. After the time I spent writing up my profile of Frank Reich, I was exhausted. That was a long ass post even for me

Joe Person on possible coordinator candidates

At the moment, nobody does. Even though they're interviewing other defensive coordinator candidates, they're not giving Evero permission to seek DC jobs elsewhere. Payton's being a dick to him, which I'm sure doesn't surprise anybody. The Vikings have requested permission, and word is the Rams would too If they lost Raheem Morris. -
