They mentioned on espn that Detroit liked duren so much they considered taking him at 5 if Ivey wasn’t there. Not saying he’s Shaq or ever will be but an athletic young big man who can guard multiple positions and rim protect is highly regarded by most competent nba teams. Trading him for peanuts makes no sense. And seeing that Detroit loved him so much we should have dumped or at least got better return Williams is fine if that’s who they preferred. I just think he’s limited

The Denver 1st round pick will be in the 20s
-
Must be a duke fan lol
-
Yeah that trades a real head scratcher. We basically got nothing. If it’s the bucks pick they ain’t not making the playoffs 3 years from now as long as they have giannis
-
Wouldn’t be surprised if The warriors 28th pick turns out better than our 15th in 2-3 years.
-
What coaches ??
-
So we traded duren who looked like a potential stud for basically nothing. And picked a less athletic offensive limited Williams
-
If they didn’t dump Hayward and his contract with that asinine trade Kup got taken to the woodshed and bent
-
Yeah because the hornets have done so well picking those sleepers

Exactly

Apparently bilas isn’t familiar with the hornets big man issues

Is There Anyone Other Than a T or QB for the Panthers at #6
Cuttinedge replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
They’ll reach and take a QB at #6 that’ woulda been a 3rd round pick last year. Take the BPA having talent at key positions never hurts on a rookie deal -
6 seconds on shot clock and guard gives it up to bacot at the top of the key wtf. Game over good run Tar Heels
-
He’s nasty rather have him later in the first. But he’s a huge improvement over John “sacks happen” Miller Our oline is soft and has been for quite some time now

My neighbors Kia (under warranty ) was in the shop for several months for a engine issue. They drove that loaner into the ground

Being aggressive in free agency and trades wins.
Cuttinedge replied to GoobyPls's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep Stafford looks like a genius now first year and in the super bowl. Can’t blame him he made the right decision -
Lot of people hollering we need to draft an elite qb and I agree. Problem is There just might not be any elite qbs in this draft so why draft a project. Draft a OL that can actually help instead of a guy that sits and learns behind darnold

Pickett ain’t no joe burrow

Stupid Eli apple with the taunting penalty killed that drive before it started and tee Higgins doing his best Robbie Anderson impression

Did Matt Rhule even really want to be coach of the Panthers?
Cuttinedge replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well seeing as he took our offer to the giants for them to match I’d say yeah he didn’t wanna coach at Carolina he would have rather been with the giants. -
It’s a shame at this time we have one of the richest owners who could lure hackett to Carolina with a boatload of money. But instead we’ll be relegated another year to rhule foolball and some ball boy OC

Apparently Peps a pretty intelligent dude. Tepper has got to be feeling like a real dumb azz at this moment. Big billionaire duped by a snake oil salesman of a college football coach not once but twice
-
He should be but will he be. And if tepper has to put those constraints on him as he should then why keep him at all. rhule ain’t the answer cut bait before he has a chance to sabotage the next coach
-
Agree there is limited talent but nonetheless I wouldn’t blame shaq ,cmc ,DJ , moton , chinn , burns or horn to not risk it all for a lame duck pos coach that the owner is letting have a mulligan year until he can hire a new coach
