    Even without the physical differences, Stroud is such a more sound QB mechanically. Who would have thought after 1 season we would be saying that? Bryce is the biggest draft blunder in franchise history

    Bryce was already showing signs of David Carr Battered QB Syndrome. Not sure I have ever seen a rookie QB recover from that. I do think had he landed in the right spot he might have been a mid-level NFL starter. I don’t think he will anymore. I am pushing all in on complete bust.

    True but those OL's aren't remoty comparable. The Texans did the intelligent thing and built an OL.

    Stroud definitely showing he is still a rookie. One of the best rookie QB's in recent memory but still a rookie.

    I am not gonna dispute the availability aspect. It would say the calculated gamble would be worth it, IMO.

    Honestly, his 5th year salary is pretty low BECAUSE he hasn't played much. May as well pick it up. We aren’t gonna get a better corner for that price tag.

    That is precisely what I mean. Beijg very adept at your field does not necessarily make you smart. Being smart in your field doesn't mean you are smart outside of it. The facts are in, Tepper is insanely stupid at being an NFL owner. Can he learn and get smarter? Maybe. I am doubtful.

    I keep seeing these numbers gurus with little scouting experience on these GM lists. Absolutely do not want someone with that background. If it isn’t someone with a wealth of successful talent evaluation(pro and college), hard pass. Who cares about cap tricks if you are using them to retain Ian Thomas or draft TMJ?
