Chase has got the yipps bad. He only dropped 5 passes his entire last season at LSU. Hes done that in about 5 quarters this preseason. Its like when Chuck Knoblauch forgot how to throw to 1st base, or when Rick Ankiel forgot how to throw a strike.

How can anybody poo on Sams play last night? From what I’ve seen he looked fantastic. 16/21 2 TDs, no turnovers in a half of work? What’s not to like? That being said I’d definitely still be looking to get Watson as he’s a dramatic upgrade from Sam all things considered. Watsons never had a supporting cast or OC like he would have here. He could win the MVP if he’s actually on the field. That’s where I’m at.

If we do somehow land Watson AND he’s able to play this year with any meaningful time, we will make the playoffs and we might win the whole damn thing. Imagine this current offense with one of the top 2 or 3 all around QBs on the planet calling the shots? I’m removing myself from all the off field crap and strictly focusing on what the team could look like.

I don't recall anyone EVER saying Marty Hurney was a fantastic GM. A good evaluator of first round talent? Hell yeah....other than that hes been complete poo the entire time.

I think hes made more trades in the short amount of time hes been here than Hurney did in his entire 2 tenures as GM. Fitt-Dawg DEFINITELY is not scared to go out and make moves. I love it. Keeps things interesting and it shows he is aggressive in trying to improve the team.
