I think that Steven A dislikes Adam Gase more than he likes Sam Donald... But he does make some valid points...

Because every team differs in scheme. What wasn't good for the goose could be great for the gander...

First of I'm not necessarily a fan of Sam Donald. Granted he hasn't played on a good team but he is young. Maybe Rhule sees something in him that he believes fits the Panthers. Financially Sam's deal is way more cap friendly. I'm interested to see how this plays out...

I feel that we're in the midst of not just building a competitive team but building a solid organization. It isn't about big names, whether it's players or coaches, is about building an organization, a program, that can get buy in from its players.
