Lets be honest…mediocre to bad has followed this guy

I have said this a lot…Bryce Young doesn’t have bust traits. Leadership, character, desire to be great, background, proven production in the highest stages and amazing talent. Lot of people here think otherwise but Bryce can be great. The team and coaching around him has to improve or he won’t reach that potential

So if we can keep Evero and get Raheem Morris? Add a competent OC and I am very happy. Strong talent evaluating GM and we have hope. I would give them 5 yrs minimum and see. Tepper has no input obviously

Holy moly…the Frank Smith (OC Miami) looked deer in the headlights when asked about the Panthers HC position. No way…the dude almost cried…lol I mean what about Antonio Pearce? Dude turned around the Raiders with straight toughness.

He doesn’t play here…just break down Dan Marino. Literally no difference…he is irrelevant to our franchise

Anyone that we should want as our coach would have to demand some assurance that the Teppers (wife included) are not involved in decisions on personnel. If they don’t demand that, I don’t believe they can turn this around

Football is a team game. If the entire cast around a player is not good the player will not be good. I don’t care who you are especially in the top league in the world in that sport. Especially if he is ROOKIE. Not to mention a disjoined staff and leadership around him. Basic stuff…very basic

I like Slowick. My first comment in this interview would be like this: I meet with my team every morning not you. I will meet with you after the season and thats in this contract. You don’t make draft picks, also in this contract. If that’s fine…we can continue the interview

I am seriously being realistic as hell, I would put the probability that the next coach last 4 seasons here at about 5%. That’s where I am right now. I mean Nicole Tepper is involved in football decisions? Things are bleak folks

I was going to say it depends on these hires at coach and GM but not really. Bryce will def fail here if these are bad hires and could fail anyway. We have given up on QBs for a quick fix before and that is not working. Stick with Bryce and build the team until he is clearly not the guy. Even if that is after next season. This team on offense is hilariously bad. We have no talent which is incredible considering we have been bad for a while now

Wow, you have done your research. I can just say that CJ is without any question looking better than Bryce at this point. That said, I don’t think that makes Bryce terrible or something we should give up on especially after 1 season

If he goes back to Michigan this absolutely has to stop. He is clearly hedging for more money which I don’t blame him for but enough is enough

These 2 hires are without a doubt going to tell us all we need to know about the future of this franchise under David Tepper. If these are yes sir people we aren’t going anywhere. Period

Totally agree Ben Johnson has better options and as his first head coaching gig he would be very shortsighted to take this job. I like Mike Vrabel personally but he is also too smart to come here

This job is the least attractive of all these openings by a mile. Be prepared to be disappointed folks

Nice option to have but 20$ is pretty damn steep IMO

Vrabel would be a very solid hire IMO, especially if we bring in a new OC
