Cam Ward.....opinions (AKA A Thread About Shedeur Sanders)
CRA replied to Jmac's topic in Carolina Panthers
That’s why you need to see him vs a good D…maybe that trying to look chill persona is why he had 101 fumbles last year or whatever the crazy number was. -
if I was good with photoshop I'd put Andy's face over Steve Smith

I just want to see his nonchalant style....face 2 legit fronts filled with NFL talent. That's why I'd sort of like a Clemson ACC title game followed by a playoff game. -

See, there you go again. You were pimping his coaching history....as soon as I pointed out that resume is just him coaching his son....now you randomly are asking if he committed any crimes? Wut? lol. anyway. Back to Ward. Sorry folks. -

No one is trying to force him out of college football. He isn't a football coach, he is a Shedeur coach and marketer. To an extent, it's just him building his legacy. Deion will be gone from college football next year. That's his plan. Next year he will probably tell you God has called on him once again. Time to leave. Sanders and the media demand he be talked about....then you get in your feelings and call everyone a hater when they point out what he really is doing. -

You jumping around pretty quick. I thought we were talking about his long coaching resume? You did know that his prior coaching resume was....just coaching his son? That's his actual coaching resume. That's him pre-Jackson St.....where he spun his bologna that called the Lord called upon him to go to Jackson St for those young men. but the Lord was very specific in appears, only for 1 year until you can land something better for your son. -

nah, he scapegoats, blames, disgards, etc. . Deion+ NIL = the type of college program I just don't care for. but granted I'm old school. I think Dabo is generally right about college football. Deion represents what is wrong. -

I think his marketing and Sanders First Agenda is great as as Braves player, or Falcon, or college athlete. Or for TV. Or for his reality TV show. Sure, go nuts. But he is selling bullshit and bologna via college programs. That's when it just becomes a grift and con. -

No, all these kids know about Miami is their grandpappy talks about them. All Miami has done in their life time is be a bad ACC school. in 20 years they have had 1 make believe season that was really just a turnover chain gimmick....and quickly put to bed by the real big bad of the ACC at year's end. -

yes, prior to being Sheduer's college coach.....he was Sheduer's high school coach. You just highlighting things that back up what I have been saying about what the Sanders family is doing/about. It's all family brand building and trying to create a top draft pick. Jackson St and Colorado just useful idiots that are letting the Sanders family briefly take advantage of them. No one around here has ever hidden because Sanders stumbles into a random win here or there. Those are going to happen given all the talent in Colorado and their schedule. -

So, to this point (if you agree he is gone) ….what has been the primary purpose of being a college football coach then? and no, I don’t think he goes to FSU. I think he hangs up college coaching. MAYBE one season after his sons leave to try to squash the obvious of what he did . Because he isn’t good at it nor does he care to coach a bunch of random kids. -

Miami been irrelevant for the last 20 years. Haven’t even been able to muster a singular ACC title in that time span. No 18-20 year old treating games against “The U” as their Super Bowl. “The U” not relevant to them. It’s relevant to their dads. -

He dictates the scheme and playcalls Steve Wilks wasn’t calling the plays when he told people to run the damn ball in Carolina I watch Colorado bruh. The eye don’t lie at some point. Nor do the ears over time when it comes to what dad is doing. He provide to be full of bologna in regards to the Jackson St run. You think Deion coaching Colorado next year? -

You didn’t answer….what do coaches do if they have horrrific OLs to help mitigate that and win? and Colorado went out and bought an OL. They have talent. They don’t have talent to be 5 and 4 wide all game long….and then paired with a QB who holds the ball on top of that looking for home run balls. They aren’t trying to win some quick pass/screen game out of it. It’s hero ball. -

Quick question, since you know football...what do coaches do that actually have horrible OL talent? Say the worst in all of college football. What do they do to mitigate that and try to win games? I'll give you a hint of what the answer isn't.....they don't sit in and run 5 or 4 wide all game long -

we must of hit a time portal to the early 90s. Not sure they are everybody's Super Bowl for successfully getting through the cupcake part of the schedule with style. Miami's resume been too thin, for too long for that IMO. Now, I do think Miami is got a shot to actually return to relevance this year. But they got to show a lot more for the masses to really believe. I need to see Ward against some tougher Ds/teams. Unfortunately, that just not on the table anytime soon. -

it's not a conspiracy that Deion Sanders has constructed an offense that prioritizes his son and what his son's resume/stats will be. It's just water being wet. and Deion Sanders and what the O chooses to do....is what makes that OL the worst in college football. You keep running with that and it's just not true. They got talent. It's bought. They got more talent than plenty of teams on the OL. But when you put an OL in 5 and 4 wide situations all game and let a defense pin their ears back all game....with a QB that holds the ball looking for the big play to unfold......they are going to appear really bad. It's all in the setup. North Dakota St was literally giving a free opportunity they never should of seen.....and came up 3 yards short because the Sanders team prioritizes family over the basics a middle school football team should be able to grasp lol. Where will Deion Sanders be next season? It won't be Colorado. He is full of poo. It's a reality TV show in Colorado. Little else. -

Because it’s pretty well established what the Sanders crew is doing with the Colorado situation at this stage. And the scheme and O over prioritizes the QB play and production….the the determinant on the overall team. Their O is a unique anomaly….that coincidently resume pads the QB stats for his/their draft….and when stuff is pointed out like throwing instead of kneeling out a win, taking sacks….the glaring stuff is all defended. -

he likes to call me a hater too. I grew up on Sanders. He played for my teams. I loved him going to Jackson St. I thought what he was doing was awesome. But that turned out to be a charade. Which was exposed as such. So I started calling it what it was. He is just doing the brand building he has always done....it's just extended slightly to include his family. That's what it is. Sanders family branding. And he is done in Colorado when his son is. -

define "winning" games? You mean technically he wins a couple? How did Bryce Young win games last year in Carolina. Yeah, that's also called losing. Deion Sanders employs some good coaches and recruits talent (because they want eyeballs, which they get). Colorado has decent talent given the conference they are in. They would probably win more games if Deion didn't dictate the scheme and playcalls on Sat....and just let the OC do his job. -

yeah, he isn't playing some diva position though back in the day. He is a QB. The whole, just doing what his daddy did thing is sort of the red flag there. So the Colorado St QB can't talk about beating an upcoming opponent.....but Sanders can. That seems like a double standard. Sanders had plenty to say about what he was going to do to Nebraska. Colorado QB manned up after the game to do the right thing. -
yep lol. We are spending I think more money than anyone on the OL right now. We should look decent there. Still got question marks at LT though. Dionte sure looks to be here to prove he isn't what the Steelers suggested and thus get a deal elsewhere. That's generally what we have viewed it as. A one year pit stop. RB has never played a snap. Who knows about him. XL still an unknown (he is my guy though) we are in a pretty weak cap position given how meh the roster presently sits. and it's a QB league. We got nothing in the works at this point big picture.

yeah, realistically, before anyone gets excited about Hunter.....he has to make it through the season. The mileage and essentially risk he is put under is so unique. The snap count he is playing just screams injury. It's math. 2 seasons worth of reps in 1 year is what he is getting.
