  1. My vote has always been Tabor as my first choice and then Wilks. largely because if Rhule goes, Snow goes. Easiest for Tabor to handle HC duties. Wilks will be running the D. Tabor has less going on and did a great job in Chicago managing game day last year because if covid
  2. Year 3 of the Rhule era (1000% working per the HC) - Panthers currently own the NFL’s longest active losing streak at 9 games - Panthers have not won a home game in over a year - Panthers are 1-25 when opponents score a measly 17 points - in year 3, the 2022 Panthers offense is averaging less yards than an unqualified Joe Brady averaged in 20 and 21. Brady’s averages consists of games largely without CMC. Also averaging less if just looking 2 games in each of those seasons as well.
  3. I’d say that more a product of the Giants having a horrific gamelan than suddenly the Carolina run D being good. Barkley has 6 carries. He is a volume back given how bad the Giants OL is. He always is going to have bad runs where there is no hole and met in the backfield.
  4. Loving this #rockstar we found that the rest of the league castoff
  5. Somewhere on a Giants message board someone is saying the same thing but about their team.
  6. Meh. I don’t blame Icky there. If they were running it that was way too much presnap nonsense for a 4th down. I honestly thought they were faking looking for a offside. If that was the case then it was on Icky for not getting the call right
  7. It’s the textbook/classic over correction game based on how Rhule’s team is criticized. McAdoo has used more personnel looks too.
  8. Prediction Panthers win convincingly against what is a bad Giants team. We have a week of Rhule fan boys declaring victory. Rhule is here to stay. McAdoo doesn’t suck. Playoff bound. Reality. This will be one of the few wins on the year so enjoy. I mean if we can’t beat the Giants we ain’t winning 5.
  9. JayZ didn’t care about draft picks. Never heard about it once in one of his raps
  10. Yeah. Talk about duped. He would have signed elsewhere and actually played.
  11. Was there a fire Matt Rhule sign on college game day lol
  12. In my fan fiction world… we fire Matt Rhule in season Then the next week get a new addition and Luke comes back to play LB and comes out of the tunnel like….
  13. Hindered the start to our season where winnable games were too
  14. Just talking in general. GM should hire the HC. and if you have a shaky GM and fire your HC…..start all the way over. That would have been Hurney going with Ron.
  15. Let’s not pay Mayfield until we know who will be coaching in 2023
  16. There was some pretty scathing reporting last December. If Person’s reporting was true then…..it’s not hard to imagine there hasn’t been a large shift in views/feelings. yeah, we added Tabor and Wilks. Solid coaches. But Wilks is position coach. And probably pretty limited in the grand scheme. Lot of folks above him that he doesn’t really know coming in. And the same reporting highlights Rhule’s method of micromanagement. And since then more reporting has come out that Rhule had his thumbprint all over the O last year which further reinforces Rhule rules all. Rhule’s thumb is on everything. Which would make sense as to why we are so dysfunctional. If someone is unqualified and puts his thumbprint on everything about the team….you are going to look like the Panthers have. I don’t know if this reporting is true. Safe bet a lot aren’t happy with Matt Rhule. And I would assume In typical Rhule fashion….things will get worse as the season goes.
  17. GMs and HCs in large part should be married. Hurney should of left when Ron did
  18. That seems like the safe money play. Especially with the even the Bills Panthers want him gone….appeasing talk by the defensive friends of our guys. reporting last year was people doubted Rhule. I’m sure that continues. How universal is it? Got to think a healthy percentage coming off 2021. I would assume most teams have some version of it somewhere though.
  19. Those are individuals though and its a generalized statement. Generally, which implies overall, teams present a happy face. I mean you can nitpick exceptions that counter any generalized point. You could go to the Bengals, Lions, etc during their darkest eras and leading up to a season they are generally promoting hope, excitement, change etc. You can find positive player PR early in Jacksonville last year. That’s what teams and players largely present early. Optimism. Hope. Even if things don’t actually sit right in the back of their head. Human nature to a degree when you are about to kick something of pending you got some good leadership. Moton, Shaq, CMC, Moore all seem like the types to steer the team toward the sunshine to start a season. I just don’t think that talk means anything. Not here or anywhere else. And I’m not arguing anything said here is true or false. Just the overall fact I don’t put much in the public face a team presents to kick of a season .
  20. Can you name any team that doesn’t present overall enthusiasm before a season? Generally speaking everyone puts on that face.
