    We have him for the next 3 seasons whether he wants to sign a deal or not. If he doesn't sign then we can find his replacement in that time.

    Toomers is a cap nut, if he had it his way a team would be 200m below cap and devoid of any talent. Sad thing is he isn't even a panthers fan. Don't know why a Steelers fan would visit this site as much as he does
