Irsay meddled with Reich and has quite a history of doing stupid poo. He hired a great coach last offseason. There are plenty of options and Canales has a decent resume. Teams are just chasing BJ and that Shanahan tree right now.

It’s honestly a good year to need a coach. There are a lot of solid options.

Money talks. If Irsay and McNair were able to land solid candidates, Tepper should be able too as well.

I really don’t think he did. There are a few doom and gloom misery loving people who did, but I really don’t think Linville was one. It was always lacking physical skills and bust/cope comments from him.

I don’t believe you ever did. I can’t point to a couple posters who constantly refer to him as a “fugging midget.” Honestly you only refer to his football skills.

And trading away CMC and Moore. Tell me are those players you listed better than CMC and Moore. Also why did Baker struggle so bad in this offense that he was cut midseason and suddenly he looks good again on a different team? Hmmm Didn’t you tell us that Van Dyke was the next great QB?

Yeah it’s too early to tell. AR went to IR early, Hooker hasn’t even played yet, Levis is suppose to be a project. Remember Mac Jones looked promising his rookie year from that “loaded” QB class of Lawrence (solid but not as good as advertised), Wilson (bust), Lance (bust), Fields (might get traded), and Mac (looks like a bust). If we drafted Stroud we wouldn’t even be having this conversation.

Just be careful with the waaaay to early “receipts” talk. The right QBs have to land in the right places most of the time for it to work. Who knows how the 25 class will look. So far it’s Sanders, Ewers, Ward and there can be Burrow QBs that come out of the blue. Remember last year Daniels wasn’t a first round pick….

This is the most logical answer. Spend our resources on trying to create some sort of an offense. Then we can reevaluate Young and decide from there.

Careful this class might not be as good as people thought. You never know. I see 2 solid prospects in Maye and Williams. I believe you were also hating on Stroud last year because of where he played….

To continue throwing QBs at this roster as a quick fix is insanity. Build a competent offense and reevaluate Young. Honestly I think Sanders might be the guy in the 25 class if it comes to that.

So much of the game is mental. GB always beating Dallas, SF always bearing GB, KC always beating BUF. Brady use to always beat Manning in the postseason until later in their careers.
