  1. I think you are missing the context of the conversion. The person I was replying to was comparing how much better AR is than Bryce. You can only use the 2 games they’ve played to do so and if we want to play that game the one who has played better also has yet to finish a game. Kind of indirectly stating your exact point.
  2. Without a doubt as any college player does. It will help when our OL plays better and he is avoiding one defender vs 2-3. He typically scrambles to look for the pass though which isn’t relevant to rushing yards. That was my point.
  3. He is talking about “extending plays” I’m not sure why you are flexing on rushing yards….
  4. The problem with DJax is he has always been a streaky CB that relied on his speed to cover up his mistakes. If his injury hampered his speed at all (which I’m thinking it did) he is going to have to change his game style quite a bit. He will need to become a more technically sound CB.
  5. Yeah as long as a RB doesn’t get hot that stat line isn’t too far off JJ’s average. I really wish we had Woods and Horn playing to see how good they can be.
  6. Miles had a couple yards short of 100 total in week 1 when BC was playing. He isn’t a rb than can make something out of nothing, but if we get our OL playing better he will look better. The OL play can fix like 80-90% of our offense. We still have some WRs running sloppy routes but outside of that it’s OL play. Corbett will help but will probably be rusty for a game or two. That BC injury hurts a lot more than I thought it would.
  7. I like this one and I would probably count that as a win for us.
  8. Let them poo. Let them poo their hearts out to show how much of haters they are.
  9. He also hurt his knee week 1 and couldn’t finish that game. 0-2 so far…
  10. Maybe he will finish a game and not get hurt again.
  11. So they still haven't said what grade the sprain is which is one of the EXACT things you were crying about Reich. Sprained Ankle, Sprained AC joint YOU wanted the grade along with a list of other crazy things (I believe X-Ray came up). So we are days out from the Carr injury with still no grade. I personally don't care if they announce it, but you were very much upset with Carolina for not. Carr is throwing on a hurt shoulder?? Must not be hurt too bad. Why did they even pull him and mention the injury? He better play or I am going to be pissed he wasn't in a sling for his arm. You saw him hurt on an exact play. Got it. Now please tell me the EXACT play BC tore his bicep that now has him on IR the rest of the year.
  12. They have stated (from the Corbett interview) this staff isn’t injecting players with painkillers and having them play through injuries that could get worse. It needed a week to stop swelling. They have said 1-2 weeks from the beginning and it happened on Monday the 18th and he looks like he could be cleared Sunday the 1st. That all adds up. It’s really not as complicated as people are making it. He goes up to Seattle playing on an injured ankle and he can severely injure it and miss the rest of the season. It’s not worth the risk this year at this point in the season. This year is about developing him. This is my exact quote from yesterday's argument, but yeah I REALLY changed my stance.....
  13. You already admitted he was injured. Are you just going to ignore my original question. Have the Saints listed the grade of Carr's sprain? You were crying about Carolina saying nothing more than an ankle sprain without listing the grade. What grade is Carr's sprain? Is it listed? I'm sure you will ignore that just like you ignored Reich literally referencing doctors after claiming he never did and then turning that into "coach speak." Again they aren't going to play Young through injuries that could be made much worse this year. This means his injury is the reason he isn't playing. It wasn't to watch Dalton chunk it 58 times in a loss to Seattle while covering it up with lies by his staff and players.
  14. This is exactly what I have been saying. COULD he have played through his injury. Maybe, but at what risk? Off balance throws, bad habits, or getting a much more serious injury to said ankle leading to him being on IR. It's not worth the risk at week 3 of an 0-2 season dedicated to his development. I imagine they are going to play it pretty safe with his health. Young going on IR early would basically make this a wasted season. I'm just glad the "Reich is doing it because he didn't want Young" conspiracy has died down to just a soft benching, which as you stated is still a dumb way to handle it.
  15. Burns isn't overpaid yet. $30 million plus might be overpayment. My only thing is we have too many holes to dedicate that much money to a pass rusher. Extend Brown (equally as important) for much less money and trade Burns for some assets 1st round plus is ideal IMO.
  16. Oh he is about to crush it with recruiting. Colorado is about to have a shitload more NIL money to play with as well. Sanders has them trending waaay up.
  17. Man I really missed your logic and rationale on here this past week or two. It's been desperately needed!
  18. Imagine if Bell had Horn in front of him still. Also Woods being out might make life harder on him…
  19. I’ve heard of Bates unfortunately for all the wrong reasons as a Panthers fan…
  20. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/38513493/justin-jefferson-tired-talk-0-3-vikings-making-trades?platform=amp Great his pissed off game is going to be against us and our banged up secondary. Let’s just hope Burns and our pass rush can keep Cousins busy enough to limit his looks.
  21. Yeah I’m thinking that was some sort of dream…
