  1. Someone has a little Haener crush. His is flying under the radar because of his injury.
  2. They all should look better on their Pro Days with familiar WRs catching their passes.
  3. It’s hard to have good footwork when your RT is falling backwards into your pocket every play.
  4. I agree, but I also think it’s mental. He seemed pretty full of himself even after playing terrible several games. The Jets seem eager for a new QB which makes me question how coachable he is…
  5. It’s definitely overhyped, but size is a factor in scouting. If it wasn’t Young would be the next Luck/Burrow prospect.
  6. Stroud is much more consistent obviously, but if we are picking one game let’s compare Stroud/UGA to AR/Utah. People keep forgetting about how AR crushed a solid Utah team when they let him loose.
  7. Yeah I think his football IQ is very underrated. His post game interviews usually consist of going over things he needs to work on and correct and owning his issues. He also has been working on his footwork this offseason from what I’ve read.
  8. Our staff has plenty to do with the development of a QB. Sure it certainly involves AR taking the next steps and putting in his time to get better, but if you think a staff isn’t at least partially responsible for the development of a young QB we are just too far apart on this topic. Building the right roster/system around a QB like AR is going to be very important. Look what the Eagles staff did with Hurts when they matched their roster/play calling to his strengths. Look how Daboll helped Allen develop in Buffalo. It’s no coincidence that Daniel Jones immediately looked better the one year Daboll was there. It’s also no coincidence that Wentz got much worse when Reich left the Eagles. Even Alex Smith suddenly looks solid when he goes to play for Andy Reid. Geno Smith looked his best his one year under Carroll… Comparing AR to Stroud with the supporting cast around each QB seems kind of pointless. Put AR on OSU and Stroud on Florida and that tape looks a lot different. I do agree that Stroud is the much more polished passer and I prefer Stroud over AR, but AR’s ceiling definitely passes Stroud.
  9. He has the physical tools, intelligence, and wants to grow. I mean if our staff is as good as advertised then I get the hype.
  10. I can assure you Carolina’s staff isn’t concerned about the Huddle’s “mob rule.” If they trade up it’s because it’s what they think is best.
  11. I have nothing against Corral and think he still has potential. There is a reason why our staff is all over Carr and this draft’s top QB prospects though. Banking on Corral to be the future is unwise. He is plan B or C which is fine and he will have plenty of time to show what he can do when healthy.
  12. Great option. He is a power back too.
  13. Let someone else overplay. He played very well for us, but he mostly went off against terrible defenses when our OL was dominating. Just draft Tank Bigsby in the middle of the draft, and roll with Tank, Chuba, and cheap vet.
  14. Yeah I'm not sure I want a QB who does not think he is or he is at least capable of being the best at his position. They need to believe they are the best and always be getting better.
  15. My thoughts exactly! He needs to say he doesn't care about football. Levis poured mayo in his coffee to drop for us. That is some serious commitment!
  16. Trading back maybe. Top 10 no way. We just have more pressing needs that RB which can be replaced in the mid rounds...
  17. If the price for 1 is too steep, I could really see us jumping to 3 and drafting either Stroud, AR, or Young. You could switch Levis for one of those is our staff is high enough on him.
