  1. How many rings for Stockton? This is about building to win championships according to you. Give me Curry at PG then.
  2. Outperformed him by leading his franchise to a top pick? Outperformed him with less total yards? What are you using as a measurement for “outperforming.” Also Mills was a 3rd round pick…
  3. So if a random QB, let’s call him Fustin Jields, THROWS 3 TDs and RUNs for 1 TD, then that would be good right? Jordan and Kobe over Magic and Stockton. How many rings did Stockton get??
  4. Out of those I’d prefer LaFleur only because he is an offense minded HC candidate. If we are drafting a QB we really need someone for the long haul to develop him. Of course the Bills are kind of proving me wrong… My favorite is still the Eagles OC. Eagles OC and Minshew to develop our rookie QB would be ideal.
  5. The Allen struggling makes me question Dorsey as a candidate a little more…
  6. That picture was from you “critiquing” my post. It was my way of avoiding a back and forth banter/argument like we have on this page now. If you want to keep discussing this you can just inbox me. This thread has been completely derailed now and this has nothing to do with “What Bengal Fans Are Saying.”
  7. I think we are rolling with Fitt in a traditional GM role with a new HC and we will see how he builds a roster in the next couple years. It’s hard to say what was Rhule and what was Fitt on this team. Well I guess we can conclude Fitt approves of Burns and Moore and he rejected trades for them…
  8. So you think Mills is the better prospect? I just want to confirm that’s what you are saying… Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the Texans draft a new QB with their projected top pick right now.
  9. You keep commenting as well. Last week you were commenting on my posts and asking if it was allowed. I get you are pleading for an argument but all I’m saying is just relax. Let that hostility go. It’s just a message board about a football team.
  10. We need a capable QB to balance our offense above everything. Another DE is pretty pressing and we can probably grab a LB with one of our 3rd round picks. I would like to get a look at Brandon Smith his year (I mean he can’t be worse that what we just watched). Chinn moving to LB will also help. Chinn, Shaq, and 3rd rounder could work next year.
  11. He hates QBs that can run, but Allen and Cam don’t count…
  12. Stop being a “coward” on a message board… You need some fresh air.
  13. I'd argue he was the best QB in his class. The Niners should have taken him at 3 vs Lance.
  14. No one is saying he is as good as former MVP Jackson. Come on now. We are saying he is showing he belongs in this league and Chicago should build around him and get a good OC to develop him further.
  15. I don't want you gone. I want you to be happy! Let go of this built up aggression towards our little struggling franchise in Charlotte. Stop holding grudges from posts that other people made about you 10 months plus ago. Be free Toomers! Be happy! Go get your Pickett jersey and hope your Steelers go on a run!
  16. He has raised the Bear's offense from a bunch of FA's to below average. I don't think he is a franchise QB yet. I think he is showing he can be and the fact he is able to do anything in those circumstances in Chicago is impressive to me. I'd say he looks to have the most potential out of all of the QBs in his "once considered loaded" QB class. PS
  17. It's like they can't admit they might be wrong... I'll go first. I thought Baker was going to make us competitive. I was dead ass wrong! OK now someone else give it a try. Oh I also thought Slater was a OG at best. Wrong again!
  18. My point is IF he has time and weapons he can do these things you are wanting him to do. I can't show that in the NFL level because Chicago has failed to get him either. He made plenty of NFL throws in college. He has the mind/skillset to be a solid QB IMO.
  19. Nah I like Auburn (went to school there). I just thought Fields was a talent we shouldn't have passed in the draft when we desperately needed a QB so I did research on him before the draft. A lot of what is being said about him has been shown to be inaccurate. Nagy likes to try to force square pegs in round circles. He needed to adjust the offense to Fields' skillset IMO, but that's history now.
  20. https://thedraftnetwork.com/justin-fields-progressions-first-read-analysis/ This is what I was taking about. When he had time at weapons like he did at OSU he went to his 2nd/3rd options more efficiently that any QB in his class and his accuracy was also ranked up there. If anything the red flags were he held the ball too long going through progressions at OSU. The one read inaccurate passer is a myth. Give him some time, weapons, and a good OC and I think he can make another jump in Chicago.
  21. Burns, Brown, Horn, and Henderson had enough to get drafted in the first. Shaq and Woods are average, capable starters in this league. Littleton and Wilson are below average but should not be getting crushed by a shaky OL and Mixon to the tune of 5 TDs.
  22. I disagree and have shown you data showing he was the best in his class at going through progressions. It's hard to throw accurately and make the right decision when your OL breaks in 2 seconds and your WRs aren't getting separation. I wish he landed in a spot with a good OC or offensive HC to develop him and provide something for him to work with in relation to his OL or weapons. Claypool instantly became his best WR and he isn't that great of one to begin with.
