  1. I think you have to look at Willis as more of a Josh Allen. Raw athletic QB that is coachable with a cannon for an arm. Can he make the jump that Allen did in the NFL?? That's the million dollar question...
  2. So if Icky and Neal are gone I would assume we go QB with Pickett, Corral, or Willis.
  3. I’m a dirty liar… Apparently it’s at 3. The 2pm was central Mississippi time. My bad…
  4. Corral had the toughest competition for what it’s worth.
  5. He did mention straight line speed like 40 time. Stated Willis can accelerate quicker and dodge/evade quicker. It was really kind of pointless honestly…
  6. It’s weird how skinny Corral looks but Pickett is an inch taller and only 5 pounds heavier??
  7. Trading down is risky if they are high on one particular player. If their 3 are Corral, Pickett, and Willis and Pickett and Willis are drafted before 6 they might have to pull the trigger and take Corral at 6..
  8. Wait is this a QB that a majority of Huddleston are ok with???
  9. Lol true. But saying Willis is just a running back isn’t telling the whole story. If people want to hate on him hate on him correcting. Didn’t go through his reads enough, still raw as a passer etc…
  10. Matt Corral will be having his Pro Day today at 2pm CT (3pm EST). It has been rumored he is on our top list of 3 QBs in this draft. I’m going to assume our whole crew is going to be there as well and looking forward to seeing what the man can do! https://www.si.com/college/olemiss/.amp/football/ole-miss-rebels-pro-day-to-be-nationally-televised
  11. Pickett is good and can still get better IMO. Burrow spent last offseason tweaking his throwing motion to gain more velocity on his throws and it worked. I could see Pickett doing something similar. Also recognizing and manipulating defense is something good QBs become great at as they gain experience. Just because he is more polished as a passer doesn’t mean he doesn’t have room to grow.
  12. Strongest arm in the draft. Can effortlessly throw off the run and hit the WR in stride.
  13. Vick looked pretty good on the Eagles. I blame the shitty organization that is the Falcons that caused him to come up short. Honestly he couldn’t stay healthy from what I remembered, but he was fun to watch.
  14. I think Howell is going to generate some excitement his Pro Day next week. People forget how good he was when he had some decent talent around him 2 years ago. He still was good last year all things considered.
  15. I've got nothing against Corral. I'd be happy if he get him by trading down. His frame/paying style bothers me a little. He played well against tough competition, but he was banged up a lot and takes a lot of hits. I still think Willis has the highest ceiling and strongest arm in this class. Corral probably has a higher floor though as he carved up some SEC defenses.
  16. We could probably get 20, their 2nd, and first next year. Grab another OL with their 2nd round pick to go with Corral and have two firsts waiting next year.
  17. Yeah I don't mind Baker, but he isn't nearly as good as he thinks he is....
  18. He is talented and I would like him to be a Panther, but he is still pretty raw. If Mac Jones went to JAX and Lawrence went to NE they would have very different seasons/careers. I still think Willis would be good hear, but the Steelers would really get the best out of him IMO. This could all change depending on our coaching situation next year. Also I hope the Bears don't ruin Fields as I was pretty high on him last year...
