Legette should absolutely be a faller
-
We need Lewis back, too many presnap penalties
-
Same - these guys need to be ready to go week 1 and not on a constant pitch count.

Yep this is the kind of stuff that often goes unnoticed and why OL play is so critical, just a half a second in the pocket can make or break a play.

Evero?!?! Should he be on the Hot Seat

Too soon to tell, I was actually pleased with the 1s Defense without DB and Horn. Certainly I expect this defense to improve by about 10 spots provided they stay relatively healthy -
Third string QB not that big of a deal

Well we know who the first cuts are going to be, those guys in orange and red that can't even contribute on special teams - Nick Scott included

No need to do a wonderlic

David Moore and Nick Scott - two puzzling obsessions by Canales

Is it too much to ask to see wide open receivers running down the field?

This Panthers staff is becoming pretty good at this, probably some secret analytics stuff that helps them identify these gems. Keep it up boys

They looked fine 1. it was mostly against their backups 2. Credit to Bryce but he still had to hold the ball and go off script on a couple of snaps because none of his reads were initially open. 3. i want to see more individual separation from the WR and the TEs

It is a concern in a potential late game situation that comes down to last possession. Separately if he kicks consistently between 50 and 60 it also results in more points per possession during the course of the game.

Casually makes it something to worry about Week 1, hit 27/29 FGs his rookie year. https://twitter.com/nfl/status/1954338776349815211?s=46

WR Jalen Coker - 74.5

The #Panthers free agent signings and their PFF grades vs. the Browns: Bobby Brown III - 91.4 Christian Rozeboom - 69.5 Tre'von Moehrig - 63.7 Sam Martin - 60.3 Rico Dowdle - 55.8 Pat Jones II - 54.8 Turk Wharton - 32.8 To be fair I don’t think Rico Dowdle got enough carries to warrant a score, Canales abandoned the run fairly earl. Wharton’s performance is concerning let’s hope he can do better

Nic Scourton (Rookie EDGE): Scored the highest PFF grade among all Panthers players with a 91.8. He achieved 1.0 sacks and 2 QB pressures, earning a 90.6 pass rush grade. Bryce Young (QB): Earned a strong 85.1 PFF grade in his limited action, completing 4-of-6 passes for 58 yards and a touchdown. Ikem Ekwonu (LT): Posted an 85.8 grade, leading the Panthers' offensive line. Tetairoa McMillan (WR): While his overall PFF grade was 52.7, he had an impressive debut with two receptions for 43 yards, including a highlight 30-yard catch. McMillan played 100% of the team's snaps with the starters.

I'm a believer in Bryce. He does still need to prove himself in a 17 game season. I look forward to it, however, having Andy Dalton behind you who is apparently not even putting in a shift anymore in offseason training is a disservice to the organization and the fans.
-
Even if Bryce was solidified don’t we want to have a capable backup that gives us a realistic chance to win? Like we had Derek Anderson when Cam got hurt in 2014. Ideally I would want a younger QB who can also push Bryce to keep getting better.

Haha that play should get us excited, the move he made and the timing with Bryce was actually great. He’s just never played with someone who throws with that much anticipation
