I’m ready to fall in love with the Carolina Panthers again

To be honest I am surprised he is still here after the Bills (Panthers North) started being successful -
I’m ready to fall in love with the Carolina Panthers again

My wife's interest in the team is a big indicator for me. She swore off ever loving us again after Luke and TD left. Her tune has changed recently, large due to us drafting XL, because she was very tied to that small community. She has listened enough to know a few players now. Your sentiments track. She may just know Thielen as "the translator" or T-Mac as "that kid that don't like film", but it is at least on her radar again. Now all we need (all we ever needed) is to win. Hunt is also a household favorite as "big, funny man". -
He would add value, but it is short term value and takes away from the development of our younger players. Wallace with reps may be better than Shaq in 2026, and it doesn't matter much if we aren't ready to compete and Shaq retires before we are. We would be wasting our time with Shaq, even if we are better in the short term. I hate being the voice of reason sometimes, because I am a fan of Shaq and his locker room presence. Ship has sailed.

I don't think we care right now. We are developing for the future, and as much as we love Shaq, he ain't in it.

That works for me too. I just felt like not enough have converted to Bluesky and that was why he was "forced" to use X.

I don't disagree...but here's the thing. We are here to have a good time, and being optimistic is way more fun. This is the only time of year we can really take the top off that meter, because it is all pure speculation right now. We will come back down to earth after a few games. Let's have our fun while we can. We are currently undefeated, and we should act like it

To be fair, some of those years it was true.

Panthers sign International Pathway Player

Moves like this also endear us to fans outside the US. Good move to give the guy a shot. Camp should be exciting for a few positions. -
RUMOR: Panthers interested in CB Rasul Douglas

Here's a summary for Bradberry as well. He also struggled in 2023 and was getting benched. "In the 2024 NFL season, James Bradberry's ranking is primarily impacted by a season-ending injury suffered early in the season. He was placed on Injured Reserve after the preseason, missing all of the regular season. Bradberry's 2023 performance, before the 2024 season, was also significantly affected by multiple benchings and struggles. " -

Copy and paste just to help the discussion. "Douglas didn't grade highly in 2024, according to PFF's metrics. His 59.1 season grade ranked 132nd out of 223 cornerbacks. However, the former Mountaineer played one of the highest snap counts among all players at his position, and finished in the top 25 percent of the league's corner in receptions allowed." -
I always feel that way this time of year, so I have learned to temper expectations a bit. Hopium at an all time high after the draft usually. I try to be optimistic and see the best in whatever we are doing.

I love the work, and the attention we get, I just hate Twitter. I was happy to see that cancelx website pop up.

RUMOR: Panthers interested in CB Rasul Douglas

Wow. I thought I was going crazy when I recognized the name. I don't have any negative associations with him, and I remember his name for some reason. Must be a good thing? Does Bradberry not like us anymore? -
If Bryce doesn’t produce, we moving on?
BlazeCarolina replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
We have certainly set it up to be. Which I feel we should. He may have one more year, but I feel like if he doesn't solidify himself as a franchise QB this year, real competition will be brought in next year. Depends on how good or bad he really is, which will unfold this year. -
Are the Panthers still coddling Bryce?
BlazeCarolina replied to Jackson113.2's topic in Carolina Panthers
They signed a UDFA Qb to come in. You want us using actual resources on that right now? -
Oh, sorry about that. I am a bit hung over. As you were. Lol.

I mean it is, but you have to think of it like a completely different system in my opinion. It's not traditional grades, it is basically "this is how to feel about it" but using a letter scale we are accustomed to.
-
I mean I feel like it is kinda worth whatever we paid for him just in the amount of hopium it will distribute to this fan base.

The time may be over to get all giggly by then! The time for the gigglin is NOW! Embrace the giggle! Superb OWL.

For what it's worth, I also drank too much, so I prefer this easy to read format. Thank you, from my whiskey logged brain.

I feel like with guys at Tepper's level of ego, even getting them to take an imaginary backseat is an accomplishment.

I mean, I am repulsed by it, but Canales does turn it around pretty quick. I always put myself in other peoples shoes, and I feel like, do they even know/care about who the linebacker coach is right now? But it will probably mean something to them down the road when they establish that relationship and reflect back on the night, so I tolerate it. I am just thankful he has been less involved as far as we can tell lately, and it seems to be paying off with our PFF A+ grade for this draft.

Prospects of interest going into day three

It would be worse than having LaVar Ball around. I feel this is the main reason he has fallen this far.
