Cringe is a pretty common word. Resorting to insults like this is the immature thing in my opinion. When you have kids, time stops for you on many things and language is one of them.

Ok. I see that signs may not obstruct others view. That seems to be a pretty large sign, and since they are in the front, if they were to hold it up, I feel it would obstruct others view. I don't see the point in holding the sign in their laps. If I were in securities shoes, I would just tell them to put it up, so that I don't have to keep a constant eye on them because not everyone listens and will just wait until I turn my back to raise the sign again. I see no point in holding a sign on your lap where it can not be seen unless you are just waiting to break the rules again. The amount of time they have "gotten away" with this is still irrelevant. For all we know, someone complained they could not see because of the sign.

So what about their sign is not compliant or causing the issue according to the rules? Them always having it, or the amount of time they have had it, or their loyalty to the team is not relevant to this situation. To be clear, I know next to nothing about this situation, just trying to clarify. I have no dog in this fight and am emotionless on this topic. If you are breaking a rule, you do not get special treatment just because you have been here breaking it a long time.

Maybe I am missing details or context here, but I am not even sure what we are talking about.

Nah, not everything. We have plenty of positives. We have one of the best CB duos in the league. Hell, Jaycee Horn being healthy alone is a positive. We had a good draft this year. We have a decent o-line and that position group has plagued us historically. We are seeing good play from our TE group recently and we were worried about that. I can keep going, but I know y'all prefer pitchforks.

I was one of the guys pulling for bringing in Minshew when that was a thing. Don't know how he's doing or if it is still possible as all I watch is Panthers ball. See man, this is all I want. I would much rather have some discussions like this about what we could do than everyone standing around yelling and trying to burn stuff. We have a lot of positives going for us, even though it doesn't seem like it. (One of the best CB duos in the league, solid o-line which we haven't had in seemingly forever, good recent draft with a GM that has the ability to find some gems, two of the most promising RBs on paper from last season, just to name a few.)

I actually wanted Howell coming out of college. Jameis is a hard one for me to get behind personality wise. I like his play style though. At least it is exciting. I could get behind a plan like that.

I just don't want this place to be all doom and gloom. Not like it is going to change anything. We actually had a pretty decent draft this year imo. If there is going to be complaints, why not actually make logical suggestions for change that can be discussed instead of this we shouldn't have done this or Tepper should sell the team stances? Hindsight and complaining are not beneficial.

I would love to see what you deem examples of that.

I never said anything like that. I just don't see the benefit to bitching constantly about it. I am a positive guy, and there is still positives to be discussed. Not here though. Pitchforks all the way down lol.

I am a positive guy. This is my team no matter how bad it gets. I just don't understand the constant sky is falling apocalypse angle. Do they believe if we do enough bitching Tepper will actually sell the team?

I have been a Panthers fan since inception. I don't mind rooting for a bad team. What is happening here is not rooting. This is unmitigated pessimism, and it is draining. We have things to be positive about, but I know I am talking to the wall around here, so I will just take a vacation.

We don't do business like that around here, which I appreciate. There is a lot wrong with this team right now, and Thielen wouldn't have changed that. Everyone wants to crucify Bryce, but it is much more than that.

No high horse. I just don't see the benefit in viewing everything that happens negatively pissing on everything.

If we took a knee people would complain we weren't trying to score. I feel like you view everything negatively. I would much rather them make an attempt no matter what the clock, score, or stats sheet say.

The "don't do this to yourself" for me is coming to this hole of negativity we call The Huddle when things aren't going well. I swear it feels like a lot of y'all want us to be terrible. Can't wait to post things like "Welcome back real Panthers". Sigh.

You can point fingers are whatever you want, but calling a run on 3rd and 15 is not the move in my opinion no matter who your QB is. You don't just give up.
