Ok. My point is that it went from like Young +225 -> Young -110 to -130, which means that sportsbooks are starting to think that it is a coinflip to Young being slightly favored to go #1

Man Necas has put this team in his backpack and carried them so much this year. Glad to see him doing so well this year after being frustrated at how afraid he was to shoot last year.

You must have been watching different games then. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DarnSa00/gamelog/2022/ He had a QB rating of 100+ in 4 of the 6 games and did everything we pretty much asked of him, despite bums like (insert every TE we have and WR not named DJ or Shenault) dropping passes or having no clue how to run a route. His yards/attempt were pretty high in 4 of those games also, which suggests that it wasn't just dump offs for short gains. Again, he is a game manager. It just boggles my mind that people can't comprehend that he played well for us last season, minus the Saints game.

I think 2 of those fumbles were via awful snaps and then there was the 1 where Icky got blown by vs. the Bucs that Sam never had a chance on. I do think a lot of Sam's sacks/fumbles happened because he seemed to drop back way too deep in the pocket at times last season. I'm not sure if that was a Sam thing or if that was a McDooDoo thing. And Sam Darnold was far from a liability last season. The dude was above average or better in all but the Saints game last season. If you want to argue the run game or defense carried, then so be it. But he (and DJ) pretty much single-handedly kept us in the Bucs game despite Mike Evans running free every play...

Honestly, I think SJ's GM is an idiot and a dick. I hope we never make any trade with SJ as long as that schmuck is their GM. I feel bad for Sharks fans because they all know they got trade raped in that Timo trade. Seems like most of them don't like their GM. They are going to be a bottom 5 NHL team for at least the next few years.

Yep, which is why I kind of wish we would just be sellers. We are going to lose a fair amount of our players after next season. If we aren't trying to get better, then we need to start looking at trying to build our best team in a few years. It sucks our owner and GM are cheapskates...
