Can't imagine there's not anybody in his immediate circle telling him he needs to back off and just let the professionals work. Nicole, at least.

at the time of the hire, we were thrilled. today, we are even more thrilled. -

Hiring a GM and team president and then getting out of the way (aside from cutting an occasional check) would be a start

Even our 1-15 season, we were competitively in most games giving some hope of a win each week. This year we didn’t have a chance in 90% of them.

Selling won’t fix the on field issues.

Based on what the idiot Fox guy said, the KILL KILL is always a run play anyway and is just changing directions. I agree would be nice to be a switch from run to pass, but the explanation makes sense -

Tepper getting absolutely destroyed on WFNZ
PanthersATL replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
The only thing in Teppers favor is that he seems to care about winning and the poor performance on the field. how he presents that is questionable, but he at least presents the image of wanting to win vs being stoic -
Moving won’t solve the ownership problem. As discussed numerous times, the Carolinas are keeping a team in the area

That’s an NFL marketing thing. All teams get one alternative helmet game. -

Not in a place to watch Just saw the score, 19-0. How bad is it? -
Darn, couldn’t pay attention to the entire game, so disappointed couldn’t see the improved play. Saw a few drives that looks terrific, so happy to hear it was consistently a positive performance.

REPORT: Ben Johnson wants $15 million per year

at least as an official Tepper Buffer, I wouldn't hate it -
One ongoing topic with all the Sunday Ticket posts is "why can't the NFL just sell me the Panthers games". Ends up that all the discussion about the upcoming NFL International game in Brazil gives us the explanation as to why we can't have nice things. So whoever buys the TV rights (CBS, FOX, Amazon, NBC, YouTube....) has to deal with the entire league rather than picking and choosing individual teams to cherry-pick. It prevents undesirable teams (smaller fan bases, unprofitable commercialization, etc) from being left without a broadcast option. Oh yeah, there's going to be a game in Brazil next year. Rumor is either Dallas or Miami Source: https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/brazil-game-could-land-in-week-one
