  1. Yeah that was a bad read. He wants to go AT on 3rd down. INT was unlocks but it should have gone to Sanders
  2. I would love to have Clowney back next year. Dude isnt just cashing a check he’s out there giving effort
  3. Gonna go with 1. Bounce back game today but still has a rookie moment
  4. I wouldn’t say “figured him out” because Stroud really is a great talent who can play, but yes having film on a guy definitely makes it harder to QB. I think he just had a ton of things right, where Bryce had all those things go wrong last year. This year things returning to the norm.
  5. Next year will be interesting. Stroud fell into an amazing situation his first year and did a great job taking advantage of it. Bryce had basically the exact opposite. Now this year Strouds team has regressed and so has he. Bryce again, the opposite. Year 3 will be real fun to follow between these 2. I think both will be great
  6. Hopefully it doesn't keep him out long. He needs to spend all offseason on the jugs. Hope it's one of those things he gets it done in Jan and by March he's back to work.
  7. Yeah I really don't want this guy. I think WR is a bigger need for us than Edge (factoring in how we can address in FA) and if TMac is there I'd be pissed if we passed. That being said, we will pass on him and he will become the next Micah
  8. Every time XL drops a ball we drop a social media post of him talking about a food he likes with a funny accent
  9. I think Blackshear plays this week but maybe limited and with injuries to Sanders and Brooks you don't want your RB2 returning punts too. I think we go Chubba, Boone, and Blackshear as the backs and these bums we picked up for returns.
  10. This doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t matter how you get the elite WR, you need one. We have proven time over time we can’t draft WR since DJ. So grab the best one in the draft and take your shot.
  11. we're a fumble and a dropped TD pass away from being 4-1 in our last 5. Played the best team in the league to a last sec FG. We absolutely could finish out 4-0
  12. I must have missed where the Lions have won a championship (btw they have 2 elite WRs as well and St. Brown is a superstar WR)
  13. Or you’d trade back with Dallas and get a haul to move back 2 spots so they can get Sanders. I hate the BPA argument too for a top 10 pick, context matters a ton drafting that high.
  14. Brooks - ACL Tear. Prob don’t see him until TC 2026 Horn - aggravated a groin he had been playing through. Seems he could go this weekend but I’d just shut him down and get the extension done. He’s shown out this year Blackshear - looks like it wasn’t serious and he’s day to day. Could play this weekend with Mike Boone to be behind Chubba
  15. Boone will be backing up Chubba and seems Blackshear injury wasn’t serious and he could go this weekend. Horn also seems fine
  16. Nothing yet, but at face value that's what it looked like. Fingers crossed we get lucky
  17. Yeah we had people on here with absolute certainty labeling Bryce a bust last year. Someone was labeling Sanders a bust 3 games in this year. XL definitely isn't a bust yet but he needs to call up Curtis Samuel and spend all offseason doing the jug gauntlet. Samuel was probably one of the best turnarounds I've seen of someone who couldn't catch, getting it fixed.
  18. I disagree and do feel sample size is large enough going into year 3 for him that we are past that, but I respect your opinion on it and think it’s subjective and we both have a fair take. Again, we need a backup QB either way you’re always one hit away from losing your guy.
  19. I don’t think they took it personal, I think they just thought it was a bad take. We’re past the point of needing to bring in a vet guy who can challenge young and take over if he gets benched. BY9 is QB1 for this franchise. Do we need a backup QB? Absolutely. Do we need a veteran type who can mentor Bryce and challenge him for the starting spot? No. If we bring a veteran in could Bryce still learn from that guy? Of course.
  20. It sucks but even if he doesn’t play until 26 he will be only 23 with very little wear on the tires
  21. Not being pedantic, but do you mean ligament? Because if it’s a tendon now I’m thinking hamstring or calf injury which arguably is worse than an ACL
