  1. It should be an easy decision at the end of this year. You don't move on from a franchise QB just because they aren't a top 5 guy. The last team I can think of that did it was the Browns and see how that turned out. If Bryce sucks this year it's an easy move on.
  2. I'd add Ben Sauls to the list (I know he hasn't officially been cut yet)
  3. Possibly. Waiting to see how it’s structured. At face value it seems a bit risky with $40M guaranteed. I think we are making room to bring someone else on

  5. I think basically anyone, huddle included, would have Jeanty OROY. He looks elite from preseason w2
  6. Oddly enough if you follow fantasy, non panthers people are expecting a lot. I’ve seen him as high as WR9 in fantasy rankings.
  7. Great to hear this. Certain huddle experts told me body catching is fine, glad the coaches and XL are working on it. Hope this dude absolutely balls this year
  8. This one could actually make sense. I wouldn’t hate it for a 5th if they’re just really trying to move him
  9. We need DJ to get out there and tell Moton to let him beat him bad a few times so we can try to ship him somewhere for a 6th
  10. Anyone know if Canales is calling plays Thursday? I know starters aren’t playing but think DC should get himself some work too before the season.
  11. I saw a lot of your posts got deleted that were calling people snowflakes and not relevant to the thread. Point being, appreciate your insight but try to not derail every single thread
  12. I think it’s something Canales lacks and needs to work on. It’s tone at the top all the suave talk is great but sometimes you need to get on your players and demand excellence even when you don’t want to be there and it doesn’t count
  13. That was me. Point being there are very few QBs in the history of the sport who have the arm to make that throw. Herbert possess the physical talent.
  14. It happened right in front of him. He was drug down to the ground then a flag landed where it happened. I can understand the concern about “what if” but the dude is an NFL QB, he sees our guys get drug to the ground, flag lands where it happens, nobody is open so he throws it downfield looking for a Hail Mary. That is what you are coached to do.
  15. Just completely missing the point. Ok.
  16. I report the physical threats I see in the game threads when things get heated. No im not gonna report the same 2-3 posters who derail every single thread, it seems the mods encourage that around here. Guess it’s all about post counts.
  17. It’s not enforced positivity man. Look at the EXCELLENT all 22 posts Icege did. The kind of stuff people on this board crave that we rarely get because the good posters have abandoned this place. Any other board I’m on would have quickly nipped that in the bud. It’s literally the same posters every time, it’s not hard.
  18. all I have to say about this, I’m on a lot of sports message boards, and I’m shocked at the posts the mods let go around here.
  19. Are you okay? Dude you are losing it. Sam Darnold, BY9, the 8th graders I coach, ANY QB IS THROWING DOWNFIELD ON A FREE PLAY. Do you understand what the free part means? You are losing it man, your posts within the thread are unhealthy. Take a few weeks off before the season starts.
  20. It is a FREE PLAY. If he didn’t try the throw I know you would be the first one posting about how he didn’t try to push the ball downfield on a free play
  21. It’s refreshing to get an analytical and level headed view in here. Thanks so much for putting in all the effort your content rocks. The first play breakdown is so helpful after hearing people say Bryce panicked or had AT wide open or someone even said he never even saw the flag. Justin Herbert probably makes that throw, Bryce doesn’t. That’s a fair criticism

  23. Okay wtf is this play call Dave https://x.com/baldynfl/status/1956848004532773289?s=46&t=ID24LbHaAiOwVOmMGHXcTA edit: just remembered Brad is calling plays. Wish Canales wouldn’t experiment right now
  24. Im interested too, I’d happily give them a 3rd for him. I imagine this is just us doing due diligence, no way we give up anything meaningful for a 31 year old who wants 30M a year
