After we went through preseason he was singing a different tune I suspect young and the teams talent depth and overall coaching scheme made him see the light.

We are two full off-seasons away from building an average at best nfl roster. Effectively killing the rookie qb salary benefit. Maybe in young’s year 4 we can capitalize but I don’t see it.

I thought this year would be a poo sandwich but with a good draft in 23 and another in 24 we could compete. I have no issue saying right now I was dead wrong. I think this puppy is at least 2 years away from being consistently competitive and that is if we start having some decent drafts. This roster is fuging horrible and its a concern when a dumbass on the huddle like myself can see it but the damn ownership and FO doesnt

The more I think about it the more I think fitt (and reich) are safe for one more season. Give them next year to show something and if not start completely over. I think firing whoever would be detrimental to youngs development. Give everyone this year and next to see where we are headed. I hate it but its probably for the best for the franchise overall. And this is coming from someone who thinks fitt is dumb as fug

Thanks for the response. I remember you going after Rhule and Tepper like a maniac back in the day. Its good to be critical and not fluff things like others do. But to me you have been way more lenient on the team this year and maybe I am wrong but once you got credentialed you had to soften your approach as you know tepper follows you guys. Maybe I am wrong but it sure feels that way. I still listen to your podcast whenever you put it out and I get personally both you and billy are going through some things but just a piece of advice from someone that is constantly listening to things during the day at work etc. Consistency is the way to build you audience. Make sure you podcast is dropped every week on the same day and preferably the same time. I am not sure how much time goes into doing one and producing it but IMO consistency is the key to growing your podcast. Still love your work and thanks for stopping by

I like Kaye but he seems to be talking out of both sides of his mouth lately. Giving fitt some leeway is pretty insane.
