There is no systemic reason, its the simple fact that its hard as fug to be an nfl qb. It literally doesnt matter where you went to school. You have to actually be good. -

Its not that simple, Tepper paid cash. No financing, no partners. Straight cash. That adjusts the price quite a bit https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/david-tepper-purchasing-carolina-panthers-franchise-for-record-setting-price-of-2-2b/ -

lollers, not one of those guys were first round picks. I am pretty sure they were are around round 4. That is an absolute horrible way to scout Stroud. You could literally do this same exercise to dozens of schools. Do LSU, Do oregon let me know how it goes -

it was always going to be tepper, he was already vetted by the nfl and once they started digging into Ben N the more sleazy poo they saw and if you remember his bid stopped on a dime. The NFL wasnt about to bring that poo into their house. -

Inside the Carolina Panthers' three seasons of quarterback failure

He is not going to lose his job for giving a different opinion and laying out why he doesnt like the move. Thats not how things work dude. -

Then to me that is equally as bad. He is being a cuck if he just agrees to go alone with everything rhule wants without any input. Why take the job then? Ive said it before if he disagreed with any of those moves he better have spoken up against it and not try and do it in hindsight. I think however since tepper is hands on he knows where Fitt stood with all the trades. Henderson, darnold, baker etc. But the 5th year option and his logic is all on fitt -

I am not sure anyone has said that. I did say that if he drafted Fields or jones he would have a longer leash and therefor probably still have a job -

Yep. I believe a knock on him is he has a slightly slower delivery while in the pocket but on the move he can throw darts. So in Nagys gameplan he didnt let him leave the pocket but wanted him as a pocket passer instead of having him roll out. Not sure how good he can be but I know he is not as bad as he has shown -

1. The fact that he was even "open" to Baker is bad 2. In regards to Darnold it says "One team source said Rhule preferred to reach consensus with Fitterer before taking a plan to Tepper, describing the process as "collaborative." That differs from another team source, who said Rhule's leadership style was to "wear everybody out" until he got his way, even in big groups, and sometimes operated impulsively. In this case, Rhule was willing to overlook Darnold's well-documented problems with turnovers and accuracy. 3. If he didnt like either guy he should have pushed back no matter who the boss is. He didnt. Thats concerning, he thought it was a good idea/ lastly 4. Tepper was furious about the darnold 5th year option and that was all Fitt At this point I could care less if he is fired or stays but I promise you that Tepper knows what fitt has done or not done at this point -

He still has a long way to go but seems to be slowly developing. They are moving him around more now, which is his strength. Nagy refused to do this and wanted him as a pocket passer. He is on his 2nd oc and 2nd coach. Not good. In a perfect world he would have sat his rookie year and kept the same coaches around him. -
