    Kyler just got hurt......again. Thats why I am pretty much out on the willis kid. I dont trust this smaller qb's. If Sam continues to struggle I still think they go oline in the first knowing Sam is here for 2022 no matter what. It would be just idiotic to use a first to get a qb knowing this line isnt going to get fixed anytime soon as we are out of draft picks.

    What fuging game were you guys watching yesterday. Not saying I am totally throwing in the towel on BC but damn he was overpowered the entire game. Sweat straight bullrushed him all day. I probably will do another rewatch tonight to really laser focus on him but my initial thoughts were that he was backed into Darnold a bunch yesterday causing him to hurry

    I am sure there is a plan b. I dont see it but I bet deep in their minds they have an idea of what may have to happen. However I think the staff can probably trick themselves into thinking that his play is probably a by product of how crappy the line is blocking for him. And they probably not wrong.

    I said it during the draft process that it was pretty obvious that we didnt think highly of Fields, Lance or Jones. I suspect Fields couldnt process defenses fast enough, Lance is too green and Jones has major limitations.

    Couple of things here. No way we have a top 5 pick. Our defense is too good IMO. I think Darnold will straighten out a bit and we end up picking in the teens. Secondly and more importantly IMO as of today there is nobody in college that even is remotely close to be a franchise qb.

    If I am reading that stat correctly, every other pass attempt someone was pressuring Darnold. Thats absurd and I dont put yesterday all on Sam.

    Two things: 1. Looking over the college landscape what qb do you see out there better than Darnold and do you think said qb is going to make it until the teens where we will be drafting? 2. Say the qb does drop to us he will go into the same situation we are in now with a crappy oline.

    In todays NFL and in the era that these kids are coming up playing 7 on 7s and year round football, wide receivers are a dime a dozen, much like running backs. Premier lineman.........not so much. I like just about everything Fitt and co has done since he got here but failing to address the offensive line is down right retarded.
