    Per kaye, they had be negotiating since Oct, the panthers wanted to pay him roughly 20mil per and he wanted to be paid as a top ranked corner. I suspect as this drug out and the cap unexpectedly went up Morgan/tillis knew that they had no option but to simply pay him. I really cant fault morgan because he really had no choice, Horn had all of the leverage

    as to the "work and refinement" part, sure it could happen but the dude is 24, played 5 years in college and only had one that was good. He never broke 170 yards the four years prior. How this wasnt a warning sign I will never know but hey he did interview well and the owners wife likes so there is that

    Until its accurately updated its hard to really understand it, but I am pretty sure 26 and 27 we are going to be tight as well I could be wrong but we have some big contracts already on the books
