This is the concerning part, Fitt apparently has no clue how to identify talent. Why Reich keeps playing him is beyond me. Just bench the bum and be down with it. Oh, it is probably time to fire Fitt, he has proven he is incompetent. Reich, you are next.

This is the soft ass HC's fault. The whole team is soft, except for certain individuals (who are self-motivated). Time to blow this poo up, we need new leadership who is not afraid of Tepper.

I am leaning towards this as well. I know Moton is a great RT, but he is getting old and we are not going anywhere. Move him and sit Icky until he redeems himself. Oh, and fire Fitt now and Reich in a few weeks if the crap does not get better. Need a new OL blocking scheme that the guys can actually do.
