    He is just too stupid. Tries to force Hubbard early when Dowdle is hot, forces Dowdle today when Hubbard looks stronger, etc. He is WAY too late to adjust to his team and who is hot at the time. Also, forces passes when running is working. We need wholesale changes ASAP, or this will get ugly.
